Ordered dinner here today for the first time. Got the combo platter with double potato salad as our sides (my husband and I shared). They kindly gave us 2 cornbread and 2 pickles when we said we were splitting. FANTASTIC MEAL! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The chicken, pulled pork and brisket were all tender and flavorful. The potato salad wonderful! Highly recommend!

After a long day out on the water, I didn't want to cook. Husband and I split a rack of ribs and red skin potatoes. It was excellent. Ribs were moist, tender, and no fat!!! Highly recommend!!!!

We found this spot on google after a long day on the water at Higgins Lake for Labor Day weekend. When we arrived the sign said closed and also sold out. The owners were outside on the patio and said they only had pulled pork and wings left but offered to accommodate us even after closing after a clearly busy holiday weekend. They welcomed all of us inside and served us very generous portions of pulled pork, wings, and potato salad for a more than reasonable price. They also set us up with plenty of napkins and plastic utensils. The food was delicious and we really appreciated them accommodating us after they were technically closed for the day. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area and I would recommend others to try their bbq!

My wife and I ordered dinner to go, I got a meal, and she got a side dish the total came to $35. I got the sampler dinner with the 3 meats, all three were SO dry I couldn't eat the chicken! Even the brisket was dry, I didn't know that you could dry out brisket unless it was from the day before. I really wanted to like the food too. It looks like a mom and pop business and we try to support them over the large chains when we can.
