Usually this big b is amazing and my favorite and today which ever lady’s were on shift really disappointed me Sunday dec 28th around 12:40ish I ordered a frozen teddy bear hot chocolate style which means no coffee and I received a hot chocolate and I brought it up and she said sorry usually that’s what people mean and continued on so I said it’s alright n walked away just to make it to the car and my other order to be messed up as well an iced butter bear that literally had standing coffee grounds on the bottom of it nothing like taking a drink through a straw and getting all coffee grounds… very disappointed and sad today this is usually my all time favorite one to go to

Went thru the drive thru tonight for 1 latte. It was about 6 pm. I was advised ny total was $7.08. I remembered the biggby deal today was $5. I arrived to the window to pay and said isn't it $5 day for a latte? The employee said oh yep. Never said sorry...nothing. There is no way she forgot they were $5 today... unless she was charging people full price all night. Don't advertise a 12 days of Christmas deal if the day and then not give people the special price. This is a normal issue here every time I order the $9 bundle which is bragel and latte they tell me the total is $12.54. I say no, the sign says $9 and then they say oh yep you are right.

When I came in Oliver was training Ava. They did excellently Oliver seems to be a prime trainer and Ava was very quick with my order even though she was being trained. This was the first time I had the opportunity to eat in the last 6 days (hospital reasons) this meant a great deal to me and the family that came with me to this establishment.

Called inquiring about a coupon, that didn't list this specific location. Was told as long as it's a current coupon I can use it no problem. Get there to be told I can't use it. Not happy!

Quite like the place it's amazing easy to order everything just sometimes watch out cause there can be a long line had to wait awhile acouple times but they are usually fast and the drinks taste amazing

I found it a little odd that when I got my coffee yesterday...the young man asked me "would you like to leave a tip on your card today"? I have never had anybody in the service industry ask me directly for a tip before. It is uncomfortable.

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie cream freeze and a chorizo cheddar bragel, and Addison, Oliver, and Eden created the best cream freeze and bragel I have ever, ever, EVER had. I was having a somewhat unhappy day, but the food and drinks here were absolutely delightful.
