I’ve been coming through the drive through at the location for years now, and my food and their speed used to be pretty good. The last few months though, my food during lunch has been cold and the people are rude and slow. The manager Lauri has always been exceptionally kind, she’s a gem. Whatever’s happened to the rest of the good staff.. lord knows. But I won’t be coming through during lunch again.

Even thought it’s late at night doesn’t mean you lack on the food. My family drove in and ate inside. The food was nasty and unseasoned. I asked for mayonnaise on my burger and it was soaked up in my bun, I barely had any. Don’t even get me started on the patty, so unseasoned it tasted like I was eating raw cow. The tomato’s were unripe and still green. I could tell the workers wanted to get out of that place immediately and that’s probably why they lacked on the food. Their kindness probably made up for that though. They were friendly and polite even if they looked tired. The guy working at the front was very nice and did his job well. Still sad my SpongeBob meal experience was an absolute flop. I also feel mildly sick and nauseous from eating.

I have never had such a dry whopper in my life. Not only did I not get the cheese I ordered and paid for, but there was barely any condiments on the burger. The drink was handed to me covered in coke because they couldn't take the time to wipe the cup off? I would not recommend this place, there was no line so it wasn't like it was a mad rush it was just a lack of effort.

The absolute WORST!! Do not eat at this specific location. Waited 20min for cold burgers, and limp over salted fries. The workers mumble and lack everything a fast food worker needs. They are slow and overcomplicate basic task. The homeless would have complained!!! Thats how crappy the service is/was. As far as the atmosphere it looks like ghost town and like everyone's just stand around stuck in a daze. No speed, enthusiasm, or care!!

They gave me too small of a bag for my order causing the bag to rip under the weight and ALL of my fries to fall on the OUTSIDE GROUND. I ate them anyways but come on be mindful of bag size!
We ordered on the app. When we arrived there were 0 customers in the restaurant. We stood there for 25 minutes for a couple burgers. They kept making drive through orders and the guy working the front register only made drinks because the drink machine was empty, so the girl making food had to come around and bag it too. It was a complete disaster.
