We used CSC in May 2022 for our wedding. Everything was superb and significantly better than some of the other catering around the area that we tried. We received a lot of compliments form our guests. To top it off, we were able to keep the delicious leftovers, as previously discussed with Brian. He was generous with the tastings and ensured we were satisfied with what we were choosing. Only one comment: the contract and follow ups were a little dated/disorganized. But, we never...
Brian and his staff were absolutely amazing. They made having my mother in laws celebration of life so much easier for my family, and in a time like that it means more than I can say.
We had them cater our wedding. Food was delicious, however we had a number of issues.
First, it was discussed we would be keeping any leftovers, while we got to keep the leftover meat they threw away the salads and rolls without clarifying if we wanted to keep those, which we did. They also tried to get rid of our beverages (coffee, cider, and hot chocolate) without clarifying if we wanted them, thankfully a family member stopped them and they agreed to let us keep them...
