I ordered a regular iced coffee with cream and sugar but no flavoring with added espresso. When they handed me my coffee I asked why there was no creamer in it and the manager and worker assured me my coffee had four cream and four sugar. I am not happy and shouldn't have had to get frustrated that my coffee clearly didn't have creamer in it.

I usually don't pick McDonald's first because most McDonald's the employees are moody and just unwelcoming. But the one here in St johns truly put the standards high for food chains. They get my service over Taco Bell (I love tacos more than burgers) but the closing shift for Taco Bell treats customers like they are the worst thing to happen. McDonald's gives fresh food. Along with great attitudes.

Incredibly high prices. Poor quality foods. They often get my order wrong which is not complicated. I have learned NOT to purchase food here. Only reason I go is for the Cokes. Only positive they have going for them. Some employees are very rude.

Tried to pick up a doordash order, they flat out said they couldn't do it when I arrived so I had to tell the customer it was cancelled, then they did it again.. twice in a row.. aight

Usually it's really good, but lately the burgers have been having soggy wrappers or look like it's been stepped on. Store was closes so I couldn't call and complain or get a different one. Very disappointed in this one.
