Normally I have nothing but good things to say about this Subway location, and I feel I should say I normally never have an issue and the food is always great. However tonight after a long day I stopped to get dinner, there was no one in the store except me (thinking great it will be quick) but no they started a 5 sub online order and had me just standing there waiting for 10 minutes. I could understand if they were busy and had to get these out but no one was there but me and there was 3 people working on these subs, 2 of them could have kept working and 1 could have worked on my 1 sub. I was so irritated being put on the back burner like that when I was a customer standing there to get food and was put off to do a huge online order…that should not have happened, every job I’ve ever had you put the customer in front of you first. Like I said normally no issues here but I am beyond upset by how this was handled and feel it should be addressed for future customers.

I really hope they don't roll their eyes at every customer, especially if you're just trying to get some decent food after a long day, and have no intent of making the workers mad or frustrated. Life is short, just spread happiness and love and it will come back to you. I was disappointed in the way I was treated at this location. I also work in the food department, and it's not that hard to just smile and be nice. We all have our days, I get that, but it seems like the girls working there are always having a day. Maybe something needs to change higher up in the chain of command? More morale boosting? Incentive? I hope the best for everyone. The food is decent, I mean you can't go wrong with Subway. (In my opinion)

Workers are always friendly and give reasonable portions. They don’t drown your sandwich in sauce if you don’t want them to like some other locations. Owner can be found working sometimes and is extremely friendly.

I was in on Sunday and I've truly never met a staff so apathetic, listless, and overall just depressed. All of them seemed so unhappy to be at work. Makes a customer question the quality of the work environment. The food was decent.

They always give my girlfriend a hassle about pickles. She likes them as if they were the "meat" of the sandwich. They tell her they "can't put that many on" even though we're fine with paying extra. One lady said "she couldn't fold it". Literally the ONLY subway we've EVER had an issue w/this. I assume it is mostly because that blonde lady (whom I assume is an owner) is always lurking about.They also got rid of the sweet onion and combined it w/another sauce. Not nearly as good and wrecked the one thing I liked to order. I do realize this is not their fault though.
