Dined in for lunch yesterday, we stood walking to be served. When someone did come forward, he wanted us to use a kiosk to order "to get their digital sales up". When we told them we'd rather not, he happily took our order. I find it ridiculous how Taco Bell is reducing customer service for kiosks. We encountered this in Midland as well, but the gentleman there wasn't so nice about our refusal, he asked if we didn't know how to use it as if we were uneducated.

First of all, we got ignored and then told to order at the kiosk when we needed to show them our coupon first. It wasn't even busy and the workers were just standing around laughing. It took way too long to make our food, and when we finally opened the tacos, they were very skimpy. Barely any meat, most of the cheese was on the wrapper, all of the hard shells were broken on the bottom, and we got skimped on chips. Tacos were also not very warm. This taco bell has been going downhill in the past couple years.

We went on nov 26 around 4:30pm food was cold and gross nacho fries were ice cold and soggy couldnt even eat them burritos were not like we ordered waited at counter 12 minutes for noone to help me finally got a kids attention told him he rolled his eyes and walked away so it was 32$ down the drain because food was sickening !!! Get people in there that have some respect! A lady was standing beside me seen it happen and said im so sorry that just happened to you when we left i asked for a manger the guy told me there was no manger there absolutly not ok how customers were getting treated also seen a guy walk in order his food at kiosk stood at counter 15 mins waiting to pay and noone would help him !

Honestly avoid this location. Whether in person or ordering online and having door dash deliver it’s always a miserable experience. Food contains little to no protein (beef, chicken, steak, etc… but also the nacho fries are always soggy and cold. 6 of my last 7 orders has resulted in me needing to contact this location.

I’ve worked at Taco Bell in Corunna and compared to their perfect reviews and management this St. John’s store is nowhere near as nice. Every time I come I never receive the napkins or extra sauce I pay for even after reminding them to not forget. I don’t make any deals about it usually but it just happens yet again while I was given a crushed hard shell taco. Not worth the drive with these teenage managers.

Belive it or not when I order a taco a certain way I usually like to get it how I asked for it, it's so crazy that it has to be a gamble everytime you get food from this place I work in the food industry so I know it isnt hard to like glance at a screen like cmon now .
