They are getting real skimpy on portions.
Made me sick bruh :(
Do not come here:
Male employee working line locked coworkers and customers in the restaurant, because he was, “the only one working the line.” Then began audibly complaining that we were eating inside. My wife felt unsafe as all complaints were directed towards her. Please avoid at all costs.
Constantly having employee issues orders always messed up. It’s a guarantee and this entire week. They’ve only accepted exact change as payment. I’ll never be going back. I hope they close it down and open a Chick-fil-A or a Culver’s. St. John’s is a food desert. I think it’ll continue to be that way. It’s unfortunate.
Food was terrible!! I will drive to Dewitt before going to St. John’s restaurant.
I feel awful after eating 1/2 the Mexican pizza.
Always a reliable and tasty option! Taco Bell hits the spot when you're craving something quick, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff at my local spot are usually friendly, and you can't beat the value for the price.
Hey, where are my chips?
Just an average taco bell 🔔 😋
Got the same box I always get, beefy 5 layer and chalupa with Doritos locos. Legit the past 10-15 times I’ve come to this location I ALWAYS get a ROCK HARD and COLD chalupa. Every. Single. Time. It’s my favorite part of the box and can’t even be enjoyed as it feels like cold cardboard at that point. Also, about 80% of the time I get a locos taco with a crack right down the center right under the meat, and by time I take the food out to eat it 3 minutes after I get the food it turns soggy from the meat then the entire bottom falls causing all of the beef to fall then I don’t even eat it lol. I don’t understand the point of having a Taco Bell here if none of the food is quality at all whatsoever. Any other Taco Bell around could put this one out of business lol. Workers also forget sauce or napkins everytime. Either one or the other, but usually it’s the forgotten napkins. Managers need to step up and show how it’s done correctly. Show how it makes a difference when you actually put thought into how food is made. Roll the burritos correctly so I get everything in one bite every time. Not one bite cheese, the other all beans and so on. (Happens WAYYY too often here.) Also stop letting the chalupas sit longer than 15-20 mins. I’ve worked at corunna Taco Bell which is 5 star reviews and amazing quality.. I know for a fact the chalupas sit out longer than they should and whoever runs this store doesn’t throw them out and make fresh ones?? Pretty sad I pay $10 just to throw the ENTIRE box away because the food looked and felt so terrible. Such terrible quality. Workers all need to retake training courses lol. Baja blast was good though.
Massive order alert 🚨🚨🚨 family of 10 was taken care of within 5-10 mins with great customer service. Each taco was wrapped to perfection with writing to explain each taco. 10/10

Dined in for lunch yesterday, we stood walking to be served. When someone did come forward, he wanted us to use a kiosk to order "to get their digital sales up". When we told them we'd rather not, he happily took our order.
I find it ridiculous how Taco Bell is reducing customer service for kiosks. We encountered this in Midland as well, but the gentleman there wasn't so nice about our refusal, he asked if we didn't know how to use it as if we were uneducated.

First of all, we got ignored and then told to order at the kiosk when we needed to show them our coupon first. It wasn't even busy and the workers were just standing around laughing. It took way too long to make our food, and when we finally opened the tacos, they were very skimpy. Barely any meat, most of the cheese was on the wrapper, all of the hard shells were broken on the bottom, and we got skimped on chips. Tacos were also not very warm. This taco bell has been going downhill in the past couple years.
