What can I say, it's fast food. Would never encourage people to eat this death sentence.

This place is okay by drive-thru restaurant standards, but unless you absolutely must have drive-thru I recommend going elsewhere. Not that I've used their drive-thru; I always walked in. Often there's no one at the counter when I arrive and I have to wait just to order. The staff, while never rude in my experience, aren't exactly friendly either, and the last three times I visited I had to come back because they left out part of my order (kind of defeats the whole point of fast food, doesn't it). The food is pretty bland and unhealthy and comes in small portions, though of course that's all par for the course in a drive-thru outlet, and if you do go I recommend the saucy nugs, as they're relatively tasty. It also seems a bit pricey for what you get. I've given this place a lot of tries but at this point I'm not sure I would go again, so this seems the right time to leave a review.

Very disappointed in the service. The lady taking the order told her manager she wasn't taking orders and didn't like people. There was 5 people behind me and no one took my order and after waiting for so long I just left were arby was more then happy to wait on me go across the street you might get waited on

The food was fine but it took 30 minutes to get a sandwich from the moment I walked in the door. That includes 15 minutes (!) from the time the order was placed. Inexcusable. I won't be returning.

Waited 10 minutes to place our order, 1 burger and a baked potato. Then waited an additional 20 minutes for order to come up. I had to ask a couple of times on when the order would be ready. It seemed the drive through was getting serviced before the dining room.

It’s pretty sad when the receipt itself says no onion but my sandwich had onion on it. Read your receipts and your grill tickets. Do better at your customer service!

Drive thru worker Maddie (sp?) faced a long, demanding line of impatient customers, yet held her composure, remaining calm and very friendly.

Went thru drive thru, Quick service, but lack of customer service skills. Love it when they hand you your food and u say thank you, and all u get is a grunt, if that.

Service the day I was there was super slow due to low staffing, never been an issue before. Tried again recently and was told lobby was closed no signs anywhere only found out after unloading grandson and walking up to the door to be told by a staff member who had to be let in.

Food was good, but visited during the lunch rush, and customers were told “we can’t serve you right now” due to understaffing. Took probably ten minutes to get my food. Customers in line were leaving left and right. You’d think a restaurant like Wendy’s would be staffed during the lunch rush, but apparently not. Additionally, the woman taking orders was complaining to the customers about the amount of backup they had. Seemed unprofessional.

Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes didn’t even get to the front of the line before everyone in the line left due to not being served canceled my online order and went somewhere else
