It was ok. I ordered easy - chicken fried rice and crab rangoons. Both were good. I didn't think they were amazing but I'd definitely stop again and try another entree. The owner was SO nice and we chatted for a few minutes about where I was visiting from (Petoskey).

I love Ban Thai!! I came with my family and we were all satisfied with our dishes. Their pad kee mao and pad thai specifically are delicious and very flavorful. Best thai food in the area. The decorations are beautiful. Jimmy is a wonderful and funny host, and his wife's cooking is amazing.

I loved my dish. I ordered the spicy mama. I decided to get it hot and it was the perfect spice level for me. The vegetables were also the perfect tenderness too. I chatted with the owner for a little and wow what a sweet and genuine man. If you are reading this, my dad is Harry! He has been there a lot! See you next time :)

Always excellent- Jimmy makes you feel like family every time. Moved here from a big city and the only thing I really miss is good food availability at all times. Ban Thai is obviously the best in the area but I'd choose to eat here even in the city. Thats says a lot to me.

My family stopped at this restaurant on the way back to Chicago the day after Thanksgiving. After a not so great turkey meal the night before, the Ban Thai food made up for it by leaps and bounds. We ordered the chicken satay, pad see ew, pad woonsen and spicy mama and barely had any leftovers to take home-- it was that good! Not only was the food excellent (I would even argue the best Thai food I've ever had), but the owner, Jimmy, made our night and entire experience. We even ended the night taking a picture with him to remember our time at Ban Thai. We'll definitely be back!

Very tasty!! I'd been craving pad Thai and Drunken Noodles and these were excellent, fresh, and yummy. I was enjoying the leftovers the next day too. Now I think I'll need to get Ban Thai every week!
