They messed up my order on the drinks. They added a extra drink that we didnt know I paid for, and did not order. Did not give me what I ordered. Should've got a refund.

Always a great pit stop during a busy work day. Love grabbing a smoothie with several options to put into it!! Light, and especially great on warm days for a refresh!

Honestly this place is top notch! The service is great and the food is even better. The staff is so friendly and it’s all natural ingredients. This place is a gem and will most definitely be coming back

I was so excited to try this place, but never got the opportunity. When I arrived, I was the only person at their beach location and someone came out to take my order as she was taking my order two other ladies showed up with groceries and their restock items I would assume. The girl that was helping me and the other two ladies that arrived with the groceries ALL then proceeded to unload the groceries from the car and go through existing groceries that were in their freezer area, deciding whether they should keep the items or not. Meanwhile, I am just sitting in the chair waiting for one of the THREE people to possibly start making my order but after about 8 to 10 minutes that never happened and all three women were going through the old and new groceries. At that point I just asked for a refund and one of the older ladies that had brought the groceries immediately said sure no problem. The lady didn’t even turn around to look at me. Not one of them apologized or even offered to start making my order. So there is ZERO and I mean ZERO customer service at this location. Can’t speak for their main location, but the their beach location they must be so busy that they can be rude to customers and I guess just make customer orders whenever it’s convenient for them. Also, I ordered an açaí Bowl which I was informed they were out of so then I asked for a yogurt parfait and was told well, I don’t think we have yogurt either, wait maybe we do possibly. Then she went to look and pulled out some vanilla yogurt from Meijer and said oh we do have yogurt. The whole experience was wild and made me check my watch for the date and time to make sure somebody hadn’t accidentally opened the doors when they weren’t supposed to be open because they definitely weren’t trying to do business in there. Also, I get it’s a beach tourist town so it was $32 for a fruit bowl and a yogurt parfait which I get but Insane if the people there aren’t gonna speak to you or present themselves as a decent business owner.

This place is amazing! From the staff who take care of your needs, they are so accommodating, to the delicious food. I can’t think of another place near me that has food of this quality. They have boba tea 🧋which is my favorite. They also often have deals where they sell $100 gift card with a $100 gift card FREE like who does that!? lol The owner is very sweet and her child is so adorable 😍 Bottom line, I LOVE it here!!!

Wow! We stumbled across this gem and couldn't have been more pleased!!! The owner explained the menu, split a salad and a smoothy for us and couldn't have been more accommodating.
The food was so fresh! Great tasting and huge!
I cant wait to come back!

My group of 6 friends hired this company to come to the home of 1 of the group to cook dinner for us. The man and woman who came were elderly to the point that they struggled to walk. The woman inappropriately walked around barefoot in the home. The 5 course meal was $120 a person. The soup was good but was not homemade, the main course was steak tips which were very tough. The dessert was a store bought cheesecake. Personally I believe everything should be homemade when you hire a personal chef, it really goes without saying.

I had high expectations when hiring this private chef service for a special in-home dining experience, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever had. For $720 (for six people), I expected a well-executed, restaurant-quality experience. Instead, two elderly individuals individuals showed up who could barely walk, which immediately raised concerns about their ability to provide the level of service promised.
The food presentation was terrible—nothing looked appetizing or professionally plated. The meat was rubbery and poor quality, making it inedible. To top it off, the dessert was literally a $7 frozen Daiya cheesecake from the grocery store, something I could have grabbed myself for a fraction of the price.
For the amount we paid, this was beyond unacceptable. There was no sense of quality, effort, or professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere unless you want to overpay for a subpar meal that you could have made better yourself.
The owner talked the talk and wanted to be paid in full upfront. Of all the private chef experiences I have ever hired, never have I had to pay before receiving the service. Now I know why.

I want at least half my money back.
Ordered a personal chef from Base Bowls for a girls weekend.
Food was not as expected. Salad barely had any dressing, steak tips were under cooked and very tough. Instead of homemade cake, it was frozen from a box.
I don't recommend.
