How do you review a place that never brought you your food, or any silverware, and then tried to bill you for the food. Trashtastic, and deserves to go broke.

The hostess tells us it will be 15 min, then someone else comes and tells us very rudely it will be over an hour, wait, to get a table when they have several empty ones. They just did not want to serve us.

Well the food is about as you would expect for a chain. Today 1/2 they have no business being open. The heat isn't working, no sign on the door no warning. Just absolutely freezing. Staff was still friendly but I feel aweful for them. That is no way to operate a business make your employees work in the freezing cold. We had our winter jackets on and were still shivering.

Took my mom out to eat there , And we both really appreciated having Kristen as our Waitress , She was Super Kind and Attentive to my mom , I would say she's in the Top 10 Waitresses in the Southwest Michigan/ Michiana area (Meaning amongst the best possible) , I made a Few Special Requests and never lost any of her positive energy , Most of the time in situations like that you can start to notice the Service Slowing down or servers become a little better ... However Kristen is Extraordinary Consistent, And I've had her as my waitress a couple of times in the past as well , And she's always just Super Bright and Attentive, If She's your waitress you have a 100% chance of having a better day after you leave then when you got there no matter what. But the entire wait staff there is pretty good for the most part ... The food was good but we just both got Appetizer Samplers and food we already knew we liked so there's not a whole lot to say about it , Most the time you already know what you're getting at B-dubs it's not like the food is rocket science or anything, But the Service Standards are significantly higher than their local competitors which imo sets them apart.

Over the past few months, they have forgotten to give us our entire order multiple times for carry out. We would realize it at home and would have to drive all the way back for our food. Carry out orders should ALWAYS be checked before completing the order and giving it to the customers. Like I said, MULTIPLE times this has happened. I’m a very unhappy disgruntled customer.

Attentive and friendly service from Chantell. Good food at a fair price. TVs were very loud but you could talk to your guest if you sat side by side instead of across the table.

Buffalo Wild Wings or B-Dubs, was a hit! I love the updates to the menu and the sauces for wings. Located in St. Joseph, Michigan, I enjoyed my experience and I appreciate the awesome lunch menu items!
The food was really good! I tried the bottomless apps, street tacos, and teriyaki, buffalo, and salt and vinegar wings. I could live without the tacos, but the wings were really good!
The service was very good! Our server was attentive, hardworking, very kind, and she explained the menu well. There's nothing like good service.
The atmosphere was a vibe. Loved the many televisions, sports theme, and cleanliness of the restaurant.
If you're a fan of Buffalo-style chicken wings, Buffalo Wild Wings is for you! There are also tempting chicken tenders and great sides!
