Enjoyed our 20+ people dinner. Waiter was awesome very kind and fast. Great food and clean.

Buffalo Wild Wings or B-Dubs, was a hit! I love the updates to the menu and the sauces for wings. Located in St. Joseph, Michigan, I enjoyed my experience and I appreciate the awesome lunch menu items!
The food was really good! I tried the bottomless apps, street tacos, and teriyaki, buffalo, and salt and vinegar wings. I could live without the tacos, but the wings were really good!
The service was very good! Our server was attentive, hardworking, very kind, and she explained the menu well. There's nothing like good service.
The atmosphere was a vibe. Loved the many televisions, sports theme, and cleanliness of the restaurant.
If you're a fan of Buffalo-style chicken wings, Buffalo Wild Wings is for you! There are also tempting chicken tenders and great sides!

I ordered to pickup like always, at 934 pm got the restaurant around 950,waited 30 minutes in the store still no food, was asked about my order only when I first walked in, after waiting patiently I asked about my order, they didn't know how much longer so I left! First time this happened, not cool 😕!

I am writing this just leaving this restaurant,I came in with a group of 6. 3 adults 3 kids, at the beginning we had good service appetizers were warm, they were good with refilling drinks, by the time we ordered another appetizer it came out cold. At this point we had already ordered our food and waited a good amount of time. After a hour of waiting we finally got our food which our fries came cold and burgers came lukewarm. We were sat by 2 other tables of 6, we came first then two others one about to 10-15 minutes after us and the other being around 45 minutes after us. Both tables had received their food before we did.by the time we got our food and started eating one of the tables of 6 had already left. There was another table near us who left around the same time coming in about 30 minutes after us.not to mention I asked for ONLY cheese and bacon on my burger and as you can guess I did not get only cheese and bacon on it. Overall this is a problem with the kitchen not our server.

We got kicked out by the manager because on facebook there was a post regarding her that I had liked on my feed. I did not comment, or fully read the post. She told the bartender to tell us to leave. We were told to hurry through our drinks and get out. As well, this establishment allows homeless to sleep in their store storage shed. This place is going downhill fast….

Waited for 20 minutes at the door without being greeted. Went the the bar and the bartender got rude and told me his people were waiting for their food for an hour now. So obviously he was telling me that I wasn't going to get helped. Called to talk to the manager Sabrina and she was nothing but condescending and arrogant. Said that she had only been there a month and she has already hired over 5 people. I have been in several times before and its always a new issue, always a new set of staff and the staff that stays is just rude. All I know is this place needs to give up and shut down already. You really get tired of places like this that just say to fill out their survey and move on.

We were sat and wait twn minutes for a server. Then sat another 30 minutes while everyone around was served. Angel is a horrible waitress that aimlessly wonders around. I will never be back. Worse experience ever.

Jayden was our waiter and he was very polite and generous with our order. Always order fried pickles to start as those are my favorite appetizer. Will be asking for his section when visiting again. Keep up the Good work Jayden!

Extremely disappointed with this establishment tonight. I have never in life had a manger make so many excuses for wrong doings. Service was absolutely horrible, took 15 mins to even have a host acknowledge us when there were tons of tables open. Waitress never came back to check on our table, we had to go to the bar to get everything, just an all around horrible experience. We won’t be back, unfortunately.
Sat at front for a host for 15 minutes before sat.... no one spoke to us no one apologized people got sat then left for no one waiting on them horrible horrible horrible on a game night and many of tables open. Atleast 20 tables open disappointing for sure.....

I regret paying my bill on this one.
I have never had service this bad at a Buffalo Wild Wings. My best advise, owners should pack it up and sell the place.
If you can’t train your staff to do the basics, why do you even try? This was the most God awful experience, I truly regret paying the bill. If I could do it again I would have walked you did not deserve to be paid for the lowest tier service I have seen in my life.
Order was wrong (carrots were missing)
Items were forgotten (potato wedges)
Tables were stacked with trash the entirety of the visit. I saw not one busser. Nobody likes eating next to dirty tables for 45 minutes!!
How does a location comes to provide service this bad? I will absolutely not return, and will go to lengths to sugggest people do not.

Found a long black hair on my triple bacon burger. They did offer to make me a new one, but I just couldn't. I wish I had taken a picture, but unfortunately, I gave it back before I thought too . Here is a picture of everyone eating but me.

This location is always late with the food. I usually arrive 20 minutes late, and it's a coin toss whether the food's ready or not. Today I arrived half an hour late and was told "they'll be out in 10 minutes", which did not surprise me.

All I can say is that we were going to have a business luncheon with six people and when we arrived at 11:30 we were told that there was only one server. There was a parking lot full of cars and we weren't about to spend 2 hours having lunch so we left.
There was a special yesterday 2 aps, 2 pops, and 2 entries for $19.99. So we decided to go out for once. Upon arriving to the restaurant around 645 there was no greeter. We were standing for a solid 10 minutes with no one there to even take names. No big deal. Another family was sitting there waiting while there was clearly tables open. They were seated soon after. The greeter/take out guy whoever asked how many we had. We replied 2. He looked around and asked the next family how many they had. Looked around and seated them. Both of us were shocked but I didn't say anything. They had kids. We don't. Whatever. We were immediately seated after them. Things went down hill from there. Our server seemed like a nice guy. He took our drink order and brought our pop relatively quickly. We ordered right away as we knew what we wanted. My wife had a free chips and hatch queso reward so we ordered that to start. It took 30 minutes for the chips and queso to arrive and when it did the queso was all over the place. Not neat like it usually is. Oh well. No big deal. Maybe the cook is in a hurry. Our server, like I said was a nice guy but he would disappear. At the 1 hour mark he asked if we wanted more pop. At that point we had consumed most of the chips and we were full. But we still had no food. Listening around, other tables were there for 2 hours with no food and the server would disappear for minutes at a time. There was no communication about what the holdup was. Upon finally receiving our food it was hot. (Minus my wife's fries which were cold and mushy) But the all american burgers were so greasy that you could see it dripping off the bun. Its like the cook (im not saying chef because a chef would not have let that mess out of their kitchen) basted it in grease! I dont mind a greasy burger, but this was over the top. We and other tables had to ask the poor lady clearing other tables to find our server for the bill. I regret she got the brunt of everyone's frustration on that side of the restaurant by the bathrooms. Upon receiving the bill we discover we were charged individually for everything. Upon asking the bartender who was the only one able to provide answers, because we used our promotion on the chips and queso, that nullified the 6 for 19.99 special. . . Would have been nice to know that at first. We would not have ordered the stupid chips. Previous experiences have been top notch. But Whoever they have in the kitchen now needs to go to or go back to culinary school. Our server needs quite a bit more coaching before he's ready to be by himself and where was a manager? Thanks to the bartender for trying. The bar would have been the place to sit. Needless to say we won't be back.
