Orpheous

Tried to go inside doors are locked and its suppose to be open. Went to drive through and nobody is answering. Finally decided to give up and when leaving we saw a group of staff members in the lobby. Also have had many bad experiences prior but this was the icing on the cake.

They always close early. Just tried to go thru there drive thru 45 minutes before they Close and the managers in there won’t come to the window shaking her head mouthing no. Idc even if they just sell fried food till close the last hour but to full on close an hour early is crazy

I wish I could give zero. I placed an online order as I pulled up. I was the only car in either of 2 lines. I waited over 5 mins until someone came to the menu board to say they'd be right with me. That happened 2 more times before the person apologized & said only 2 ppl were working. Had I not already paid, I'd have left. She checked me in and I pulled up - and by now there were several cars in both lines. I waited 13 more minutes at the window before anyone even came. So - 26 mins had passed since my 'order ready' time. I felt bad for her & the situation so asked where I might register a complaint and she gestured to the manager and said she'd just come in to help. Not wanting to hold up the line any further, I pulled away and called thr store. When the manager answered, I explained the situation very kindly, but added that it was unacceptable. She became very sarcastic with me, said there was no way I was telling the truth (even though she'd just walked in) because she 'heard her taking my order' and she 'knows and has confidence in her team.' I said I'd just call corporate and hung up and that's my next call. She clearly knew they were having trouble and could have apologized and refunded me, or offered to send me a coupon - or something other than try to argue with me after the terrible experience I just had. BTW - this was the 3rd time within a week I had the same basic experience and let the 1st two times go.

sucks had to go back to work with no food i was one of the first ones in there and a half hour is not long enough to get food so they owe me money and ill be back after work stupid people better have my money or it will get ugly, shouldn't charge people until they have food ready because they are so damn slow and now i don't get to eat lunch

This particular BK is located in a popular area and was rebuilt a few years ago it's the worst BK that I've ever been to. This review is from multiple visits and issues. I thought that since there were other cars in the drive thru and the parking lot that it would be ok. Nope. I could barely understand whoever took my order. No hello no ty. Nothing. I pull around and there's 2 vehicles on front of me. I don't know how long the 1st car waited before they got their food. The 2nd car paid and got their drink and then we waited for 15 minutes. It cant take 15 minutes to make any item. I've worked fast food before and nothing takes that long to cook. I finally left after 15 minutes and went to Taco Bell. I got my order and the car ahead of me was STILL in the drive thru. If I can't get any service... how can I trust the food coming out of the kitchen?
I went over to the Stevensville location and got my order in less than 5 minutes.
