The workers are absolutely the rudest. I have respect for anyone who works in any industry but when you are talking nice to someone and they are being rude then I don’t appreciate it. I tried to keep going there but I just can’t anymore.

Ordered 12 wings for delivery. They were piping hot when they arrived. Tossed them in a bowl with Frank’s Hot sauce . Excellent Buffalo wings. Crispy yet tender.

Get home food was old called got hung up on called again said food was fd up took the food back.The owner was in there let the trash argue with me saying we just opened. I guess since they just opened I was supposed to take the chicken refried from yesterday they also for got my Coleslaw I guess it was my fault because I didn't want old food and half done okra people would be a fool to eat there not going back.

I ordered 2 pounds of livers and 2 pounds of gizzards. Today at 6:00 pm Sunday June 30th one small Cole slaw and a small potato salad. All of the Livers and gizzards were so over fried they were so hard I could not bite into them. Due to the distance back to store I threw them away and went without. This is really sad since I buy from you all the time.

This Chicken Coop in Saint Joseph normally has good service and good food. When I visited on Sunday, the normalcy changed. The drive through line was about 15 minutes long even with one car at the window waiting, and the worst part of it was the girl at the window with the braids being so rude! She never apologized for the wait, shortened my money change, but then corrected it, and the most disturbing was her attitude about the whole thing! This is a horrible place to go, especially on Sundays, near closing time. Just a word of warning to the potential Consumer!

Got the drive thru to pick up some dinner to take to lookout Park and watch the sunset with my beautiful bride! Place was clean. Service was friendly. CHICKEN WAS DELICIOUS. BEST FRIED CHICKEN I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME! Great job to the staff!

Although a chain restaurant, some pretty good smells and chicken come out of this restaurant.The food was great! I had a large lemonade, chicken wings, and fries. The chicken was good and fried, and the lemon pepper put it over the top. Not bad!The service was awesome! The staff was patient as this was my first time experiencing Chicken Coop. Really great staff.Also, another highlight is that they are open on Sundays. Great food from Chicken Coop!
