This experience was awful. I asked a question that the young lady didn't like and in return my food looked like it was thrown into the container. The attitude is horrible this place was my favorite for years but I won't be returning.

Absolutely do not I repeat do not come here if you want a fast meal I sat in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes and when I finally got my food the girl said oh it takes 7 minutes to make the 5 pcs of chicken somewhere someone has some explaining to do and there was no one ahead of me

Young lady who took the order gave me the feeling that I was bothering her. Worst customer service I think I have ever had. Management needs to know this attitude does not compel customers to return.

I got this door dashed and take out. The food was always super fresh and perfectly hot! I ate it 5 times in 9 days lol! No complaints. I got the chicken and the catfish.
So the experience I had at chicken coop I ordered chicken for an 11:00 pick up got caught in traffic I called Chicken Coop to push my order to one 🕜 and they still want to serve me the same chicken from 11:00 at 1:00 a 50 piece of chicken that's cold and old

The workers are absolutely the rudest. I have respect for anyone who works in any industry but when you are talking nice to someone and they are being rude then I don’t appreciate it. I tried to keep going there but I just can’t anymore.

Ordered 12 wings for delivery. They were piping hot when they arrived. Tossed them in a bowl with Frank’s Hot sauce . Excellent Buffalo wings. Crispy yet tender.

Get home food was old called got hung up on called again said food was fd up took the food back.The owner was in there let the trash argue with me saying we just opened. I guess since they just opened I was supposed to take the chicken refried from yesterday they also for got my Coleslaw I guess it was my fault because I didn't want old food and half done okra people would be a fool to eat there not going back.
