I have yet to get an order that is correct or not missing something. I had not had them for over a year because of how terrible they have been in the past; and again, the order was missing half of the food and no one was willing to take accountability for the mistake. This store stole $50 from me and will not return it.I seriously think the people here are on major drugs. There is no way a business can F up so often and not have a staff full of meth heads. Avoid if possible. They are so expensive and they do not care at all about the product, or lack of product, they give to their customers.

I ordered fajitas and they said they were out at 11:30am. Ordered the Cajun spicy pasta and it came out cold and there was only 4 people in the restaurant. Don't know if they had a bad day but I would not recommend this

Very nice, clean restaurant. Staff was very nice and got us seated quickly, we had Chantell as a server and she was exceptional! My side got messed up slightly but it got fixed very quickly, so no real complaints. Fries were delicious, and so was the burger, we also got a pan cookie which was to die for.

Good food and service. Their electronic pay system needs work. I used a reward from their frequent customer system and it blew an error. It repeated the generically worded error several times even though it had correctly applied the reward. Battling with the app or trying to pay online is probably not worth it. Just pay cash.

I don't like to dine-in here based on previous experience a few years back when I waited to receive my check, for about an hour. Just to find out my waitress forgot about us. She never returned, I assumed it was the end of her shift? We tried to calculate what the bill might have been due to no other servers available and I was ready to leave at that point.Take-Out is ok, although make sure you double check your order, I have had sides missing almost every time I order To-Go(which is almost every other week lol) and they forgot to give you ranch. Otherwise, good food and the free chips + salsa is a bonus if you are a rewards member!
I came in to do a to go order because my daughter just had a baby, and I (mom just got off a really long shift) while her husband was at work I'd decided i would help out with a little nourishment- She told me what she wanted and where from and Chili's never dissapoints at all. The lady who took care of me was really nice and professional about everything. Needless to say, the food and customer service exceeded my expectations. CHILI'S YOU WERE AMAZING AND YOU MADE MY DAY A LITTLE EASIER . I APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR STAFF. EVERYTHING WAS A 10** ALWAYS WILL RETURN TO AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT TREATS AND SERVES WITH EXCELLENT FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.THANK YOU VERY MUCH .SHERRY

Jennifer is the best server that I have ever had there. She remembers people that come in and their order. She also gets refills quickly before you ask. Always go there for lunch and the food is always out fast.

Why is it every ?️ I have ever gone to sets the bar lower then the previous ?️.Unbelievable slow and painful to navigate your waitstaff. Place would be better served as a parking lot.
