This place and the stevensville location have continously gone downhill ever since the Cellentani's sold around 2018. Service is horrible. Every surface is disgusting sticky and dirty even when they're slow with nothing better to do. I encourage every local and tourist alike who stumble on this review to go support a locally owned burger & ice cream shop like Dairy Korner or Neon Grill instead of a place like this where the owner of the franchise isn't even from here. Absolutely diabolical

Took my daughter tonight for her 13th birthday around 7:15 PM. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us in the lobby to take our order. Then when our order was brought out by the skinny girl with brown hair, we had noticed that she hadn’t flipped the blizzard. She rolled her eyes and walked away. THEN we looked down at our blizzards and one of them, the one for the birthday girl, was basically straight liquid. The line was several people deep without anyone at the register to help them, so we couldn’t even have them re make it. We had to leave and go put her ice cream in the freezer at home so she can eat it. This isn’t our first poor experience at this DQ, but this time it pissed me off enough to leave a review. It’s the last time we will be in and we tend to get ice cream weekly- we will go to stevensville instead.
Fix your staff , train them and teach them not to be rude to customers

Had an absolutely awful experience, we ordered a 4 piece chicken tender, we arrived at the resterant and was happy to see that it was slow this should have been my first warning, when we arrive we have 1 guest infront of us they ordered an ice cream then ask what we need we tell them and begin the wait, the icecream is served to the family and then after my order around 5 min later they took a group of 3 peoples order, totally normal I get it, another 10 min and now im wondering what happened to those prized tenders, did they fall, reincarnat or just simply run away. After another 5ish min of pondering this question and asking how the progression of my order was going I was completly ignored by the cashier, then after they walk away they retrieve the order of the people who ordered behind me fries drinks the works, now I completely understand chicken is a food that one must be very careful cooking with certain cook times and temperatures however this is now 25 min after my order. After another 5 min of being ignored and being made a fool of I simply gave up my endeavor. Congrats dairy queen for you have turned me into a court jester as I am a fool to have believed my order was being worked on. Arrival time 11:25 am Exit time 11:55am on the date of 9/15/25

Ice cream was good as always. We had to keep repeating our order to the personal the drive thru. I thought my order came as a basket with garlic toast, but it didn't. I had two separate containers with some fresh and the chicken strips.
