They gave me the wrong order. I ordered two number 1 and got two #7. Tried to call and got the answering machine. This is the second time my order has been screwed up. You have a lost a valuable customer. Your customer service sucks.

I ordered a custom birthday cake with very little expectation of being wowed. Boy was I wrong! The cake looked better than I ever hoped for! I gave very little instruction, just chose colors and added the theme in comments. The decorator really went above and beyond in making our cake absolutely perfect. Thank you so much.
