My order was not correct, my fault-ordered online. However, when I called to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it the next time, the manager was rude, patronizing, condescending, and hung up on me.

Why do you advertise that you are open late (1am) night - which lets be honest when we all want pizza - when you deny any order after 11pm? If you’d just mentioned you’re closed after 10pm - or you simply refuse to deliver after 10pm, you’d make ALL OUR LIVES SO MUCH EASIER! Now with the false advertising, I will do all I can to order from all competitors that honestly display their delivery hours.

Worst experience. This is the third time they’ve messed up my cheesy bread order. I ordered one without bacon and called them immediately thereafter to confirm. In spite of confirmation they still gave me the bread with bacon. I don’t know what else to do.

This dominos obviously does not understand labor laws, they don’t care about our kids that are still in school, nor do they care about doctors notes or anything else, they have many kids that work for them since this is a job for a high schooler, and all of them have left causing this place to shut down due to lack of staff, they are a company that not only uses child labor but also abuses their child labor!! Kids that are still in school are only to work a maximum of 25-30 hours whilst they had my son working 5 days a week at almost 40+ hours, he may be 18 but every kid deserves the right to graduate, and they have stripped my son of that privilege as they had him working more then he could handle with a full school schedule on his senior year!! To be honest I think that this should be investigated, managment and higher ups fired, and the entire corporation investigated!! This is not a communist country and dominos has lost my business forever and I ask that you may boycott dominoes as well due to their unfair and unrealistic expectations of kids and high school students!! They cost my son his graduation and they should be shut down permenantly!! Thank you for your time and down with dominoes as a company!! Im sure im not the first person to recognize that they just use kids to fill their schedule and abuse their power!!
There was something wrong with each item in my order. The pizza and sandwich were burnt really bad. Did not get any sauce or icing with the bread/sticks. I called the store right away, and the guy manager stated he would put a credit on my account for replacements. I called to get them, and there were no credits to my account. Will not use this store again.

The wings are disappointing. Doesn’t even amount to any other wings I’ve ever had in my life. The buffalo wings were undercooked and chewy, and the buffalo sauce was drizzled on top, I didn’t ask for wings with sauce drizzled on, I asked for BUFFALO WINGS! Being real stingy with the sauce aye? Got them reordered, more sauce but still not fully done. I’m beyond agitated. This is why I’m about to start drinking tonight. I don’t even give them 1 star. The employee I talked to thought it was funny that I was aggravated about the reorder of wings taking so long and kept being sarcastic about it. Don’t recommend this pizza place. Pizza Hut is way better??
