The burgers are good and the Cajun fries are great … but $20 bucks for a burger, fries, and a soda - nah, thanks but, no thanks.
The bill here for 2 adults and a couple kids comes to just under a hundred bucks. Plus the new fast food tip BS that everyone is doing now… it’s just financially irresponsible to try and justify.

this is the worst five guys i’ve ever been to food was cold took forever to get the food and the the service was horrible and the food was overpriced would never recommend this place if i could i’d give this establishment and employees a negative five stars especially the employees who worked the morning around 10 or 11 on 10/22/24!!!!

This is hand down THE WORST five guys I’ve been too yes they may be clean but the working staff and employees are not right they lie I was in the process of being hired and I was promised by the manager a job he had said the email verification was not working so he had to send a slip to corporate to help fix the problem he said he will let me know when the problem was resolved we’ll come to find out I come in today that manager no longer works there and I was refused a job after waiting patiently so this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with getting a job if anybody were to ask me I’d say Definetly DONT work there !!

The food just isn't worth the price. My fries were soggy and cold (I was eating them on the way home because I wanted them hot but was disappointed). The menu should state that 2 patties come on a regular hamburger. Even with 2 patties, not worth the price. The employees were very courteous though.

I had a double bacon burger all the way but replaced the mushrooms with jalapeños. It was not seasoned enough, but it tasted good. The people were friendly and helpful when ordering.

What's my first time here and years. It was not busy three people there one on phone and two talking to each other. I did not even get acknowledgment, so I left. I guess they were too busy with their own personal stuff.

I Wana start by taking my hat out and saying THANK YOU SO MUCH to the Store Manager 'Benjamin ' sir tour are the definition of a good Manager showing excellent example.
So I placed a online order i tough I had choose the right location since I was on the parking. When I went to pick my order that when I noticed, so I explained to the cashier the situation she call her mng, after explaining the issues. Benjamin when out his way to fix the situation help me with the problem. On top of that he stayed helping other customers & employees.
