I don’t come to five guys much because of the cost and this definitely cemented my decision. Came in tonight for dinner and ordered 2 plain hot dogs for my kids because that’s all they will eat. For a hot dog they charge $7.29 regardless of the toppings. They tell me they ran out of hot dog buns, so I asks for a slight price adjustment because I’m not using toppings and $14.50 for 2 plain hot dogs with no hot dog bun is crazy. They refused to accommodate this simple request. Food is usually good here, service is usually questionable at this location

Food was ok, but service is beyond ridiculous. I understand they get busy but when you wait upwards of 35 minutes for 2 shakes? Seemed excessive. We ordered food and waited no big deal. Then we went back up for 2 shakes and waite. Att he 25 minute mark they're was no signs of 2 shakes being made. At 30 minutes no signs. Finally at 25 minutes we said something and still no shakes. Just crazy it takes that long to make 2 shakes.

WOW!!! The service was so great so professional so nice. The food was also so great The place was clean it was my first time coming to five guys and it was great I would go back.. I would take a picture of my food but I already ate it or I would have showed you it was great!
