This store has a bacon problem. Constantly out of it or it's super undercooked. Take care of your bacon business! You're a sandwich shop, your bacon should never be stringy.

Check your order before you leave! Picked up 3 sandwiches to go, and 2 were wrong. One was a vegetarian that ended up having meat on it. Complete waste. The other cheese was left off. The worst part was I tipped 15% on the screen lowest amount to stand ordered my food, then stand at the end to pick up the messed up order.

I drove 30 minutes to get jimmy John’s sandwich and I order a club Lulu with everything on it… I walked in there and the workers in the back were laughing when they handed my sandwich which I thought was a little strange. I was 10 minutes away from home and I decided to open up my sandwich and eat it… I opened it up and I literally just had whitebread with Mayo on it!! NO MEAT NO VEGGIES JUST STRAIGHT UP BREAD AND MAYO!! Disappointed in the staff! I even left a tip and they got me bread and mayo and they didn’t offer me a refund either.
The service was extremely slow in spite of what appeared to be a full contingent of employees there. Not exactly "Freaky Fast". I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of things as well with at least one of the trash cans being filled to capacity. The cashiers here seem to really struggle with asking customers if they're members of the Rewards program. The last few times I've eaten here, I've had to ask if I could enter my number which slows down the whole payment process as they've got to do some gyrations behind the scenes to back out the transaction.
The food was good. Pretty much your run of the mill JJ's sandwiches.

I have tried placing an order on my computer (Chrome) , on my phone (Chrome), and downloaded the app on my phone (Android), none of which are showing the $5 coupon. I called the store and they said it's probably already pulled. My response was the email says 3 days - 28, 29 and 30. Then after checking with the manager I got the response of, there is nothing we can do. Why send me a coupon message if there is no coupon? Please send me a code to use.

The staff were all friendly. The sandwiches are pretty good. The order was ready within a few minutes. The CAPRESE SALAMI PESTO SANDWICH was pretty decent and was very flavorful. There was not a lot of salami, though. If I got it again, I would order double meat.
