A huge shout out, when a delivery address was somehow mixed up on an app order, the Saint Joe store called the driver and redirected the order back to us, and, as always, the food was great!

Was in town for a business trip and decided on a restaurant that I knew I couldn't go wrong with the food.
I ordered and got my food as intended. Food was good
Atmosphere was LOUD...for someone with a hearing disability...
Then THIS girl comes in...throws on a Jimmy Johns Shirt and then stands by the end of the counter talking in a very very loud obnoxious voice making comments that should've been took into a back room there.
She continued on...eventually walked over and did something at the register...then came back to the end of the counter and was playing on her phone.
I'd like to hope that she wasnt on the clock as she's STEALING company time!

Example of 1 star service -Visited Jimmy John’s and asked if they could cut a giant sandwich in half. They refused, saying unwrapping, cutting, and rewrapping was “too much work.” Even when we suggested cutting it without unwrapping, they still said no—and instead handed us a plastic knife to do it ourselves.
Restrooms lacked tissue paper, which is basic maintenance. The floors didn’t look like they had been cleaned —definitely not well-kept. Staff seemed like a bunch of uninterested kids with no focus on customer service.
Won’t be returning.

Lunch here was delicious! Ordered the Tom with the turkey, chips and drink. Absolutely love the bread. Great location in the heart of downtown where you’re just a block away from the historic bluff. Definitely recommend to all who likes a good sandwich.
I just want to say, I ordered a giant sandwich turkey, Im sorry for 15 bucks I felt like I was eating a vegetarian sandwich. Lot of lettuce, tomatoes and 1 sliver of meat the whole length of the sandwich.. Not very satisfied! I'll try one more time, after that I won't come back.. 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔
