I didn't even realize this was a chain but even so it was a good dessert place. Came here because someone in my group and a desire for ice cream. There was a great selection of ice cream to choose from and they even allowed samples! Ended up getting the cherry and pumpkin flavors (in two separate dishes). Highly recommend both! Also, ended up getting some boxed chocolates for some friends which they both enjoyed and recommend. Service was friendly and swift. No complaints. Recommend visiting for a nice dessert option.

I don't think I have ever been to a Kilwin's (IL, FL, MI) that it wasn't a fantastic experience. I love that no matter which location you visit, the quality and taste of their candy and ice cream will remain the same, always great! I tried the cashew turtles this visit, as the pecan are my favorite, but I wanted to try something else.
