This place is one of the best restaurants in the area. Their hummus is incredibly good and their crushed lentil soup is the best I've ever had! Eating here makes me want to quit my job and learn how to cook from them.

Authentic Lebanese food that tastes incredible! We have eaten here a handful of times and every item ordered was delicious. Highly recommend the shawarma, all of the vegetables are the perfect balance in flavor, and you cannot go wrong with the baklava to round out the meal. For service, the first time we went, our waiter even took the time to show us how to traditionally eat each item so it’s pretty good. As for atmosphere, it is not fine dining but everything is clean and pleasant.

This was my first time eating here. My girlfriend recommended the restaurant and I see why. We ordered the La Pita Mix Shawarma. The entire meal was delicious! We ate our fill and had enough left over for a snack later. The service was excellent as well. This is a smaller restaurant and pretty easy to drive past and miss if you aren't looking for it. It is worth looking for, though.

We tried the shawarma mix and baklava, everything was excellent! I loved being able to sample a bit of everything…the grape leaves and baklava were my favorite! There was more than enough food for two, with leftovers that both of us can’t wait to dig into tomorrow! I’d reorder in a heartbeat.
I went in a few weeks ago for lunch and was blown away by the quality and flavor of the food! The owner, Hamze, took excellent care of me. He talked about how they have been making the same recipes since they opened 13 years ago and how the recipes themselves are hundreds of years old… honestly, I could taste the history in that meal.
100% would recommend!

This is the best restaurant in Saint Joseph. I promise you will not be disappointed with the food you eat here. My family loves to get the La Pita Mixed Shawarma as it comes with very generous portion sizes and a variety of delicious foods. They are always fresh, delicious, and give wonderful customer service. Please be aware that google has not let them update their menus even after multiple attempts so prices have raised from what is seen online. But it is very much worth every dollar spent! In a town that's filled with chain restaurants that leave you feeling sluggish after eating, it is so refreshing to have an original restaurant offering a variety of dishes that leave you feeling full and filled with clean energy after eating! If you've never had Mediterranean food and are curious, La Pita is where you should go! Start with the lentil soup, it's my favorite.
