Went there tonight with a group of five very good food. I had the bomb unbelievably good and huge. My grandson had the bomb also very good son and daughter-in-law had steak. Very good. Grandson‘s girlfriend had the salmon. She wasn’t real impressed with that, but they did eat it. Service was great. We sat outside very nice place.

Other businesses take note. This place gets the fresh seasonal produce, and makes sure its always rotating!!! On top of specials on the menu, celebratory events, and their new patio outside -- the best compliment I can give is the food and staff always being delicious and accommodating.

We had the best waitress, the best service and the best food ever! This is an excellent establishment that really cares that your experience is the best it can be! I absolutely commend them! Keep up the good work! Love it!
What has happened to my Mark III?!? We went for date night last Friday, early, figuring we wouldn't have a problem getting seated. But no. They've taken away 1/3 of their seating to make way for a new waitstaff station. Really? Ok whatever, we had to wait, no big deal. We saw friends in the bar and we're invited to join them at their table - yay! That was the best thing I can say about the rest of the night. The waiter we had was horrible - not attentive at all - waited 20 min for our drinks, another 20 for waters, another 15 min for the chips and salsa and 40 min for our food - he never checked on us, I had to flag him down to ask about everything. The bartender was swamped! I was thinking, man that girl can use some help! But apparently she prefers to work alone?? I'm sorry, what? Sweetie, a restaurant like the Mark III is high capacity and fast paced, you need get those drinks made quick! Working alone is not an option. You want a bar to work alone in, go work at Texas Corral. Now for the food. I usually get a steak burrito and I did so again. It had maybe 3 pieces of steak, not done medium as requested, and tough. The burrito sauce which is normally great, smokey and balanced, was anything but. It was like pure tomato sauce, overly acidic and sour. We were all ready to go by the time our food finally arrived. Nobody was happy. Took another 15 min or so to flag down the waiter to get the bill. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and I'll try again another time. But man, when you're used to outstanding service and food at a favorite restaurant, this was just so disappointing.

I have lived in this area for more than 40 years I have been to this restaurant many many times. Sadly today will be my last. We had guacamole which I'm pretty sure had more salt in it than what we put on the roads in the winter time. I had a classic burrito especially. I love black pepper but that was the only flavor there was to my dish my wife had three tacos, Carne asada which was not more than large pieces of meat put in a taco shell with lettuce and tomato the issue was that the meat was so tough that you couldn't eat it. A serious disappointment for me and unfortunately I will not return. Not sure what has changed since the last time I was here but whatever it was is not for the best. The only positive that I would share was the waitress. She did a good job for what she had to work with.
