Stopped by McDonald's on Niles Road in Saint Joseph Michigan. I ordered a small fry, as I was waiting I noticed the worker dig in the trash and pulled something out of the trash with his bare hands and proceeded to the fry station and handled the fries and handed them to me. I didn't make a scene, I tossed them. I will never go there again.

Sidel, an employee there, was extremely rude. Was very short and after we paid for food (which was fries and 6 nuggets), waited 30 minutes with no response. The entire line behind us (4-5 people) was taken care of before we got our small order. Ended up just leaving.

On 3/19 or 20th ,morning at approximately 5:30 am I pull into the drive thru service,I order a breakfast sandwich, go to second window to pay, the young African American lady comes to the window, attempts to tell me my cost, she can't cause she has a mouth full of food, she chews the remaining food, swallows the remaining and proceeds to tell me the cost, talk about RUDE! PS, Whatever happened to Sue, Krystal???

It was a bad experience brought my mom gave us coffee no cream we had to beg for cream every one there were talking and not taking care of the people dirty there no napkins no surgery and cold pies I will never go there again I seen others complain too and they were rude to people tables were nasty ?

This place was filthy top to bottom. The staff was very rude and agitated. Our double Mac's were thrown into the containers without concern for appearance. All 4 beef patties were strewn across the bottom bun with all the condiments piled on top with the middle and top buns just set on top of the pile. Very disappointing, very discouraging and even disturbing. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever entered in a whole host of ways. NEVER going back.

It be nice if the orders were correct for Once.example u go there for breakfast ask for a#1no cheese and what happens cheese u ask for cream and sugar they don't put it in the coffee they put it in the bag lol!!okay with no spoon?? dinner same thing???.most recently got what I thought was a daily double nope. Got a cheese burger with lettuce ketchup, tomato, mayo??.Parking: It's kinda tight the way it's set up. It's best to use drive-thru during breakfast hrs. Kid-friendliness: I know they had a indoor play area. But due to covid it's shut down.?

Won’t ever go here again. Waited 20 minutes after pulling forward just to go inside and staff was clueless and did not care to apologize or offer any discount or refund. Place is a complete joke. I’ve had multiple instances similar to this. Never again. McDonald’s is a complete joke. Trash food. Trash workers, no management skills.

Pulled up to order, sat a few minutes . Car pulled up to next kiosk got there order taken immediately. My husband thought our speaker didn’t work so yelled “Hello?” Young lady yelled back, “Don’t yell at me and you have not been out there forever”. So we pulled up to window to order and she walked away. Wonderful service, not. No wonder the reviews are always horrid. We are there for a coffee and diet everyday, not anymore.

Literally the worst location I’ve been to in my life. Very unfortunate since I live in St. Joseph. The owners of this location should be embarrassed & ashamed. The treatment both my wife and I just received from the staff was unreal. Unwilling and incapable of problem resolution. Classless workers. Most unprofessional and incompetent staff I’ve ever experience at any business. Lied to me when I asked for names because they don’t want to be reported to management. I’ll be contacting corporate. I won’t be giving them my business again.
