Any questions we had, she responded in a very timely manner, she had fair prices and the cupcakes and cake were delicious!!We ordered 100 cupcakes and a small cutting cake used her cupcake stand to set them up to look like a large wedding cake which saved us money as you normally need to pay wedding venues to cut cakes for you.When dropping our cake stand off the next day, Heather also congratulated us and we got some more cupcakes which were again, so tasty!

My wife and I bought our wedding cupcakes from Mimi's. The cupcakes themselves were delicious, moist, and extremely pleasant to eat. Our guests were very complimentary about them! We loved the balance of sweetness and richness (neither too much) of each flavor.Heather was exceptionally helpful while we were planning. She arranged a tasting that let us sample a number of flavors before coming to our final choice (our chosen flavors were 'Pumpkin', 'Raspberry Wedding Cake', and 'Andes Mint'-- each one differently and wonderfully delicious). She was happy to accommodate our handful of guests with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten "friendly", etc.) with separately packaged and well-labeled extras. Finally, she was very flexible about pick-up options for the cupcakes, enabling us to pay online and send a family member to do the pickup on our behalf. The cupcakes came in packaging that was easy to transport without damaging the cupcakes' well-designed aesthetic.Heather's help made for delicious wedding desserts and less stress on the wedding day itself. We highly recommend her business.

Who drives almost an hour and a state over for cupcakes? I do!!!!!!Mimi's cupcakes are the BEST cupcakes I have ever had.Of course I picked the hottest day of the year to take a drive to St. Joseph.I tried to plan my day in how I was going to get these cupcakes home without them melting and doing some sightseeing.Heather was so kind.
