Staff was loudly doing TikTok dances, wiping their nose without washing hands and switching between food and cash register without changing gloves. Staff literally scraped the hard crusty rice off the bottom of the pan to give to me. It was visibly crunchy clumps. No customer service, no “Welcome to Moe’s”. My husband used to love this place but the inexperienced, childish staff and their poor decision making left a bad taste in our mouth.

Frequent diner at this restaurant. Has the worst service we have ever had at this moes today speed and just general vibe of the restaurant. Order a quesadilla and it was made with the wrong shell half the size it should have been.

I love that I can get tofu here. They are always accommodating when I ask them to change their gloves because of dairy allergies in the family. I give it four stars for atmosphere just because the ceiling is so high and everything echoes and makes everything loud.
Ordered a delivery. Wanted a hard shell taco got soft. Got a Moe meat Moe cheese burrito. It was the absolute WORST burrito I've ever eaten in 67 years. The meat was bland, no taste, extremely chewy, like chewing on rubber. Full of fat, tendons, and silver skin. Literally un-edible it was tough and nasty tasting. The chips and sala that came with both orders, tasted like old el paso out of a jar. More chips than you could ever eat, due to the whole 2oz very small container of salsa. Pretty much a joke. 10 chips and its gone. Meantime you end up with 20-30 chips headed to the garbage, a major waste. If I could give this place a zero I would. I was a Chef in Chicago, this place SUCKS!!

The food was good. IF you have a weak stomach/palete it's not a good idea to get the ground beef, Mexican rice, or the pico. Unless you're into spicy! The chips were amazing 😋
