Made a online order got to the restaurant manager said they were closing due to a issue and unable to make my food that’s not my problem he said he’d refund me my money it’s been 2 weeks I’ve yet to get a refund the place has gone down hill the last few years never had issues until recently

Only stop if you’re desperate. But honestly go to the Panera next door.
Dirty 1) gross wet towels piled under the broken drink machine 2) filthy bathrooms, toilet paper all over the floor, broken towel dispenser 3) one cook had super long fake fingernails, no judgment but at least wear gloves when you’re making my food?! Can’t imagine what’s hiding under your 2-inch fingernails. Not fresh 1) lettuce was all rusty looking 2) chips were cold & stale 3) steak was grizzly and carelessly cut into impossibly large pieces
2 stars because at least we didn’t get food poisoning… yet.

Just left Moe’s on 12/19 at 5:30 when we watched a roach walk across the counter as we were ordering.
More than a tad off-putting.
Alerted staff and cancelled our order.
Unfortunate, as usually it’s a favorite.

Staff purposefully lock entrance door to make people think they're closed. Drove to get here in snow at 8 pm. When I knocked on the window to call them out, they told me to come in the exit door.

We have enjoyed their service a few times now for catering our lunch at my office. They are great and very helpful. Even the newest employee did her best to help when I had questions. The food is always a hit too!
Pleasantly surprised to see a Moe's at this exit. A bunch of staff was being trained and were dealing well with the rush. Our food tasted great!

Staff was loudly doing TikTok dances, wiping their nose without washing hands and switching between food and cash register without changing gloves. Staff literally scraped the hard crusty rice off the bottom of the pan to give to me. It was visibly crunchy clumps. No customer service, no “Welcome to Moe’s”. My husband used to love this place but the inexperienced, childish staff and their poor decision making left a bad taste in our mouth.

Frequent diner at this restaurant. Has the worst service we have ever had at this moes today speed and just general vibe of the restaurant. Order a quesadilla and it was made with the wrong shell half the size it should have been.
