Unprofessional the staff is arguing in front of everyone. They're taking forever. They put the order out without even calling out names.

Cream, brulee. Latte was on par!
Spinach bacon puff pastry was cooked to fluffy crispy perfection.
Pecan bear claw was sweet and savory goodness. Our greater and wait staff , to the cooks was polite and helpful!
Dan, we always like seeing your light shine especially so early in the morning. Perfect way for us to End or day.
When others are just starting theirs!
Tip of the hat to Dan and Panera Bread for always making or morning complete.

Ordered pick up and 10 min after scheduled pick up the order was 10+ away from even being made. Didn't have time to wait, which is why we placed order in advance in first place.

I was very surprised the bagels I ordered were going to be just thrown loosely in a paper bag. I asked Dave if he would mind putting them in a plastic bag before putting them in paper bag. He had no problem with my request.

11/26/25. Today I stopped at St Joseph's Panera Bread. Bought a medium coffee and asked the cashier if I could perform Zuhr + Asr (kasr)prayer in the corner. His name is Dan. Dan came over to show me where the Kibla is (direction of Kaba), when he saw me trying to find Kibla with my phone. He said that he has been around long enough in this area to know where the Kibla is. I guess he saw a lot of Muslims pray, that's how he knew which way to face during prayer. Thank you Dan! My heart is heavy with gratitude 🙏 People like you make America beautiful ❤️. May Allah guide me and you to the right path, Ameen!

When I requested a cup, the cashier handed it to me with her finger inside the cup. And she was not wearing gloves. She was running a register and handling money. When I spoke with a manager, he initially attempted to state she wouldn't have done that, but self-corrected before completing the sentence. He did advise me that if it would happen again to publicly correct her, which I had not due to other customers being right behind me. It seems additional training is needed for counter workers and management.

Something weird is happening with the bagels here, they are misshapen and have a dense texture compared to how they were just a couple months ago. They taste okay, that's the three stars.

Overall quality has definitely suffered the past few years. Whenever we eat inside, most often there are many trays and trash left on tables. When we drive through to order, there have been many times where we've been missing an item or received the wrong order. One time, they couldn't locate my order when I pulled up to the window. It turns out that my order was given to the vehicle ahead of us who began to drive off, backed up, and then proceeded to give us our food back. The person at the window acted like it was no big deal. Staff often don't wear appropriate head coverings when working in the food prep area. I have also noticed that they hardly ever switch out their gloves when prepping food which could be a huge allergen risk to consumers.

Smelled like a McDonald’s play place. I’ve never been to a Panera that doesn’t smell like fresh baked bread. But the entire place had the weirdest stale old smell. All the light yellow/tan backrests for the booths were stained brownish gray where people sit. The soda had an off taste no matter which one I chose. They were out of their iced green tea. And lastly even though there was a person up front he refused to take my husbands order or even acknowledge him and chose to just stack up the buzzer things instead. Very odd place. Won’t be coming back.

I haven’t been to this Panera in a while, but I have to say, I don’t think I have ever seen someone take so much pride in his job in customer service. Nate took our order (I think that was his name - he was a tall younger guy), and even my kids left saying he was the nicest guy. My kids were a little indecisive and he patiently explained menu items to them, and he made a recommendation to help me save money on the order. He made polite conversation with my kids and I, and he smiled the entire time like he was waiting to talk to us about the Panera menu all day. He even came by our table while we were eating to see how we liked everything and jokes with my kids. He didn’t have to do that because he’s not a waiter, but he treated us like we were at a 5 star restaurant. Everyone should be so lucky to have a Nate in their staff. He was outstanding.

Paul Saber, Manna CEO - Penny wise, pound foolish. He’s done it again. Out with the trustworthy SOLO coffee lids that always stay on. In with the cheaper no-name lids that must save a few cents. This morning I VERY carefully applied the lid to my coffee. A few minutes later, as I exited my car the cheap lid popped off. I got a major “coffee bath” in my lap and coffee all around the driver’s side of my car’s interior. The very same “bath” happened to me the last time Paul’s Panera went to no-name lids a few years ago. The same mistake twice. Penny wise, pound foolish.

Stopped here a little after lunch time for a quick bite while driving through Michigan. We ordered on the app and set the pickup time for 20 minutes later and didn’t get our food until 20 minutes after our designated time. Food tasted good, but we were given a different cookie than what was ordered and no one discussed this change with us. Also, don’t order the Italian Market salad if you’re not planning to dine in. The soppressata is left in large slices and not easy to eat.
