Used to go regularly because the food used to be good. The last couple times I've ordered it has been terrible. One of those times they smashed my burnt quesadilla into a bowl, it was a complete mess mashed together, looked like trash so thats where it went. The other time they only put steak in my quesadilla. Not sure if no one there knows how to read a ticket or they just don't care about their jobs, but judging by the mostly glaring unhappy workers, I'd assume it's that no one there cares about their job. I won't be wasting my money here in the future.

Possibly the worst service experience I've had yet. I asked for the cheese crusted quesadilla and the employee ignored it for a regular. I asked for brisket he said "we're out" when it was right in front of him. It took 7 times to hear what he was saying with no care. Another customer asked about two items and the employee shrugged saying it was the same thing.

Only person in line, got my food made but then a rush came in and had to wait multiple other customers food to be made before I was rung up at the register. It was very awkward.

this place is just awful Comparatively...the (Q-Doba) Bathrooms were disgusting and trashed and didn't seem to lock , I put the Trashcan in front of the door so I knew it couldn't be opened from the outside while I was in there ... And the (Q-Doba) Lobby Trash was also Overflowing and the drink station looked disgusting, Practically every table was dirty ... I mean , If these conditions ever happened at 2:30 in the afternoon at B-Dubs , The Manager would lose their MIND how awful it was. And then you pay $16.60 for Three small tacos and a Medium Drink... At B-Dubs you pay $12 for Three Loaded Street Tacos , A Free side of Fries , Chips , Or numerous upcharged options , AND a drink ... I just don't understand what the redeeming factor is supposed to be here , Why people choose Q-Doba (I've had to shoo away flies two times while writing this rant) but I mean Q-Doba has Zero Sports , Zero TVs , All they have is shitty 1970s rock music on a horrible Audio System ... Perhaps we just have two different target Audiences , But I'm struggling to find one thing that Qdoba has that B-Dubs doesn't ... Did I mention that the Qdoba staff is rude? They hardly acknowledged me at all while I was standing right in front of her , It's just ridiculous... Taco Bell is by far a superior Mexican Themed Dining experience, Cheaper , Cleaner , Quieter , Equal Food Quality.

For a chain, this is a good place to eat. My wife loves this place. I think the food is good, the services is what I would expect for this style of restaurant. will return.

This location is kind of hit or miss. Some days all the caddy’s are stocked, the place is clean and others - every table is a disaster and everything is out of stock. I’ve been coming throughout the summer and consistently have experienced this. The food portions have also been hit or miss as well.

Qdoba is my FAVORITE take out restaurant. I’ve been frequenting Qdoba since I was old enough to drive 15+ years ago. I moved to the area a year ago and have frequented this location a few times.

Unfortunately this location is poorly maintained.

On one occasion there was a fly flying around that eventually landed on the meat. Nothing was done about it.

Every time i get a burrito the tortilla is hanging off the foil and is dragged across the countertop with leftover ingredients from other orders.

I actively avoid this location despite it being the closest qdoba. The food doesn’t taste quite the same. Every once in awhile I will drive over an hour to another qdoba location because this one is just bad. I come back every few months in hopes that things will get better but it usually doesn’t

I strongly encourage management to train employees to practice better hygiene.
