Customer service sucks the here. I just left all I wanted was some queso. And ground beef added and the manager said. No, we don't serve it like that. That's a lie. Because I always get it like that. When I come. They're manager was so rude so I decided to leave and I have lunch there today.

I paid for extra chicken, which was inedibly charred. I told them, and they gave me more gross burnt chicken. I ate around the chicken and told the manager that I would like to be compensated for the chicken I couldn’t eat. She said there’s an issue with the grill. I told her she shouldn’t have let me pay $20 for what she knew was going to be nasty. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. I actually love Qdoba and am new to the area. I hate that I can’t eat there.

The food is generally very good. The staff seem fairly capable. But every time I go in, I see the male manager (calls himself the cook?) treating employees and customers with disrespect. He needs a serious performance eval or a new job. I genuinely enjoy the food, but regret going every time he is working.

We stopped in at lunch time, and had a lot of issue's, 1st the BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE ATTITUDE WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND MOST OF THE STAFF, 2nd we tried to order food and the person making the food decided not to listen to what we were saying. 3rd I understand that they had carryout orders that needed to make but if you have 5 staff members work a couple could help the line and the others could make the carryout. 4th I paid for my wife's food and left with out getting any food for myself, some of us are on a time schedule for or work at lunch time. I'LL WILL NEVER GOOD BACK TO THIS PLACE AND IF ANYONE ASK ME IF I WOULD RECOMMEND QDOBA IN ST JOSEPH MI, I'LL SUGGEST TO DRIVE 3 MILES DOWN THE ROAD AND EAT AT MOE'S. I WAS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AND THE ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGEMENT.

Purchased a $12 meal that was swapped at the register with someone else’s. When I got home I called immediately and they were about to close. They told me that they would write my name down at the register and to come back. When I went and asked for a manager the very rude cocky “store manager” said they don’t do that and I’m out of luck. I will definitely go to Moe‘s down the road which has better service and better food.

Abbey was absolutely amazing!!! I Was having trouble with the Qdoba App and she took her time and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you Abbey!!!It sucks that I have to add to this, I had the worst experience ever! I’ve used a few free meal coupons there without any problems, and now it’s a problem??? I wish I got the guys name, but I was so pissed/shocked I had to get out of there. If you go in there and the male manager is working, do yourself a favor and walk right now especially if you have any kind of coupons. I wish I had more thumbs because I’ve give him 4 thumbs down.

I've never been to a Qdoba before and decided to try their food when they had the BOGO offer. That was the first and last visit and I never got to taste their food.I was trying to figure out the app and website so I could take advantage of the offer but they were both messing up. As I was sitting at a table trying to figure it out an employee was cleaning, slamming furniture around. Once the line went away and the counter wasn't busy I asked if the person at the counter could help me. She didn't know how to help so she offered to get her manager. He didn't appear happy to help, with the eye rolls and nasty demeanor. Then he said that it was probably a website issue. I asked if I should then complain to corporate about the issue. He said "no, because it would make us look bad". I tried reaching out to Facebook with no response as well. I guess I'm just not meant to be a Qdoba customer and will keep my business elsewhere.

My first time coming to this chain. I'm not a fan. The chicken was very dry. They had one employee helping us until a bus full of students came in. Then they pulled 2 from the back. The service was slow. Food was barely room temp. The lock on the bathroom door doesn't work really well.
