Four of us stopped in on Labor Day. The restaurant was packed and there was a short wait. We waited at the bar. There was only one bartender, and she was very busy making drinks and waiting on the section of tables around the bar. Of course she was making drinks for the whole restaurant also. So, we used up our table waiting time, waiting at the bar.
When we got our table, the waitress stopped by to tell us that she would be with us shortly. That was a big plus for her,...

We stopped in for lunch on Thursday and had an outstanding lunch! It was s perfect day for the patio, and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the view. My husband had the soup of the day and I had the large perch basket with fries- everything was delicious! We had ice cold beer to go with it- will come back at least once each time we visit Saint Joseph!

The best walleye I've had this summer. And everyone was pleased with their food. The waitress was THE BEST. Glad we got there early for lunch because Schu's is POPULAR. Thank you for a great friends' reunion site.
