I try to give most places I go to a fair chance before leaving reviews. I’ve been here a number of times now and each time leaves me more disappointed than the former. The customer service here is appalling—I got to the register and a barista was standing there in the middle of her work area, seemed very unsure of herself, just looking at me once or twice before going on to do something else. No greeting or letting me know she’ll help me in a minute, or that someone will be there. Waited a while and eventually another barista came up to the register and was doing something on the screen…still no greeting or acknowledgment until finally she asked what I’d like to order. I asked for light ice in my drink since I don’t like my iced drinks too cold, and my drink was very watered down. Highly disappointed at the lack of friendliness and quality and will be sticking to Red Arrow.
I thought I was ordering coffee with lavender in it. When I got home it was just a lavender drink! I did not care for it.
