I try to give most places I go to a fair chance before leaving reviews. I’ve been here a number of times now and each time leaves me more disappointed than the former. The customer service here is appalling—I got to the register and a barista was standing there in the middle of her work area, seemed very unsure of herself, just looking at me once or twice before going on to do something else. No greeting or letting me know she’ll help me in a minute, or that someone will be there. Waited a while and eventually another barista came up to the register and was doing something on the screen…still no greeting or acknowledgment until finally she asked what I’d like to order. I asked for light ice in my drink since I don’t like my iced drinks too cold, and my drink was very watered down. Highly disappointed at the lack of friendliness and quality and will be sticking to Red Arrow.

Didn't make my caramel macchiato right I asked for two extra shots of vanilla and dry which is very simple to do.. They make it wrong every time I go there I live in a small town the closest one around.

one of my favorite Starbucks in Michigan love the staff . some of my favorite drinks I've had . thanks to all the smiling, kind , faces their . will miss the great service . my favorite drinks are A coconut milk vanilla Cappuccino , latte and a cinnamon dolce , white chocolate macadamia nut with almond milk . they have the best Coconut and Oatly oats milk around . highly recommend. there is plenty of free parking at the Martin's grocery store and cafe seating . come by for a drink and ask for Katie , Zoe, Chloe , AJ , KAIT.
