From out of town and had a taxi drop me off here so I could relax, drink a few beers, and have a good night. Didn’t bring cash and only had my credit card on me. Didn’t know that the side of the establishment that served alcohol only took cash. So I had to wait another hour just to get the same taxi to take me back to my hotel. Almost 3 hours ruined. Why it’s split into one side with alcohol and one without, unable to pay on either side with a card is terribly archaic. Does not understand modernization. Will not be coming back.

Place is nice inside. Wish I could same about the staff. All workers behind the counter were on their phones and not helpful. After about 40 min of waiting on our food we had to go to the front counter to let them know our order hasn’t arrived. Total of 6 customers in the bowling alley. Kitchen must have be backed up. SMH.

Went here for the first time last night and had alot of fun. The food was good. But while ordering I had issues with my card processing and after getting the Fraud notice from my bank I see why. The POS system they are using to order food from your phone is based in Ireland so my bank flagged it as fraud.

arrived an hour before closing, the lady at the desk ignored my friends and I for 5 minutes, then told us there are no lanes open… when there are clearly lanes open. 🤷🏽♀️

Dude at the front counter couldn't bother lifting his eyes from his phone while he shrugged off our party of 6. Decided to bowl elsewhere for lack of help. Glad to not have wasted our time, though it sure felt like we were wasting his.

Their lanes are too oily. Their ball return ruined a $132 bowling ball. Took a chunk out of it. 😠
We went today as a family and had fun! The only complaint I have is we did 3 games and all had shoes and it was 86$..that is fine and I’m not complaining about that. What I wish would have happened is the employee would have mentioned the package deals they had for groups. Could have saved us 30$. The deals are on the screen above the counter but not in view when you are paying and not visible to us until we went to bowl. I did go up and ask and they said since we bowled first frame, they would not refund us. Just a little disappointing.

I have a autistic son. We didn't know it but they had rates for him to bowl. What a great idea. Other places should do this. We had lunch also and it was pretty good. We'll be back again.
