This subway is in a building that didn’t used to be a subway, and it could use some serious upgrades. The food and service themselves weren’t bad, but you could tell the employees were inexperienced. They need to do some work yo this place, and it would be a whole lot better.

One individual with Horrible customer service skills, couldn't even be respectful and respond to questions or even talk with out being snobby. Also didn't know how to make the garlic steak and cheese sandwich and was rude about it. Makes all the workers look bad. Hopefully she gets fired soon. Will not be returning.

So I ordered 9 footlongs online for pickup in St. Joe. Then I had to order another 2 sandwiches. There was only 1 person working and it's 4th of July, 3 people ahead of me. Just want to say thank you to Sara she was very calm, she let everyone know she was the only one working, she was very sweet and did a great job with all the orders.

This store does NOT honor their own coupons! Manager working was extremely rude. Was all pissed off about something and told the other employee to go lock the door (at 8:30p). They didn't appear to be busy, as I was the only one in there.
I blame myself for going back. I have always been disappointed going to Subway. They always over promise and under deliver. They have always advertised overstuffed subs, and what you get is a minimally filled sub bun. Lately, they stepped up their advertising with celebrities and famous sports personalities promising new subs and a better experience. So I thought I would give them another try. They have changed, and the menu has new subs. Beautiful pictures of their subs filled with meats and veggies. Unfortunately, it's not what you get. Still, a lot of bun with little else.

found not 1 but 2 SEPERATE HAIRS IN MY SANDWICH. absolutely disgusting. y’all need to pot in hair nets. the hairs were blonde, no one that was working was blonde. so that hair was just SITTING in one of those containers.

Honestly I won't go here again. I've always gotten a steak egg and cheese sub during dinner time. It has always been like $7 or $8 for a foot long. I know they switched up their menu but I went a month ago and got it for what I usually pay. I got it last night. They charged me about $13 for a sub that barely had any meat on it. But I look it up online this morning and it still shows about $7.19 close to 8 after tax. They are ripping people off. Way over charging for a sub that barely had any meat which is the most expensive thing. I could have gotten 2 foot longs for a little over a dollar more then what they charged me. Yet if they are charging people 13 for a sub. A single foot long. If I was gunna pay 13 for a sub I'd go buy all the stuff myself and still have more meat on it then what they gave me.
