Pickles tomatoes onions meats and condiments, The rule with Adam and Kate is if there is no mold it's fine to use even if it's expired which is dangerous and disgusting! I truly advise you all to avoid this subway.

There was a black gentleman with a Rick and Morty hat that just served me 3 sandwiches. I won some money on black jack yeaterday so I decided to go to the local subway and get my classmates sandwiches. He was very outgoing, easy to talk to, and all around a mood lifter and a whole vibe. He was very attentive to the detailed list of sandwiches I had. My garlic cheese steak sandwich he made!! Hot damn!! That is hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten from subway and it ain’t just the sand which but how he made it. I’ve eaten at subway since the 6th grade and I’m 27 in college. Hands. Down. Best . Sandwich. Ever. Dude rocked the whole order. My only regret is not getting his name for this review. Buddy needs a promotion and 3 raises. If this store ever needs a new manager or another one, he is more than deserving

Employee didn’t wash her hands just put on gloves.Then attempted to make my sandwiches with a coat on. There were bugs all around the drink fountain area, plus the area was very dirty . The Dr.Pepper tasted watered down.

This establishment was suppose to be open, I walked right in but there weren't any employees present. I tried calling out and even tried calling on the phone, no answer. Do I call it horrible service? I got zero service! Guess I'll have to go to Jimmy John's for my sandwich!

I’ve never posted a review before but what I witnessed today absolutely demands it.
I visited the St. Joseph, MI location and witnessed one of the most unprofessional, verbally abusive displays I’ve ever seen in the food service industry. A young woman was trying to use what appeared to be a valid coupon, and calmly asked the manager to explain why it wouldn’t work with her order. Instead of explaining, he repeatedly told her to “go read the sign,” while getting increasingly aggressive. From what I overheard, her order matched the terms clearly written on the coupon, but he refused to engage respectfully or clarify.
He then launched into a full-blown tirade mocking her, asking “Are you stupid?” and “Why can’t you read?” right in front of about seven customers.
During his rant, he was so distracted and angry that he started carelessly throwing food around behind the counter, including my sandwich, which he put in the wrong bag. The customer he was berating had to open the bag, check the order, and hand it back to me. He even threw multiple extra sandwiches into her bag without noticing.
She ended up crying in front of everyone, humiliated over something that should have been handled with basic respect. I felt awful for her and just left with my sandwich.
The manager loudly said, “Go to the Stevensville Subway then, they’ll say the same thing we’re owned by the same person.”
Well, I will go somewhere else. I used to visit this location weekly, but after witnessing this kind of abuse, I won’t be returning here or to Stevensville. No customer deserves to be treated like this. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Katelyn was not friendly. Spoke without even looking up and making eye contact . Short and rude. Why is she in CS? She doesn't belong helping the public

Is this place even open still? No signage on the door or anywhere on the building that this is a legit Subway. The door has been locked both times I've tried to go inside while seeing an open sign on the front window. Seems like a money laundering operation based on the maintenance, or lack thereof, on the outside. Both times I've visited there's been a man sitting in a white car, just idling. Definitely not a legitimate Subway.

Workers were neither rude or polite (not much of an issue). Workers that handle the food wear gloves, but not hair/beard nets especially when they have very long hair and are leaning right over the food (a very big issue). When portioning the food, it’s either too much of something and/or too little of something. With that in mind, I would not recommend this place.
