I know it's Taco Bell, but at least have some minimum standards in getting the customers' orders right. The guy at the drive-thru needed me to repeat myself four times, and still got it wrong. It was only two items!

They were poppin when we went! Smiles and all! Had a good visit!
Kid-friendliness: They were playing decent music and kids were laughing when we walked in, at something one of the employees had told them about a fellow employee who went along with it to make the kids laugh! Def a good visit! And the food was fast and good!

Went to pick up a DoorDash order last night and either the employees working didn’t make it, or gave it away to someone, tried explaining to them they had to cancel the order on their end for us to move forward and get paid and the window was shut and locked in our faces. Was screamed at and told there was nothing in their system and didn’t help at all!! Terrible, RUDE employees.
I went there on the 26th of July , went thru drive thru and ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 taco meal and a Big beef burrito was charged 15.67 . Checked my bank statement a week later turns out I was charged again for 24.12. Possible fraud or mistake . Went back a week later to ask manager she basically said I had to dispute it with my bank and when I asked her name as a reference and asked for corporate phone number she refused to help .

Food was fresh and very tasty will go back soon. It's way better then Cracker barrel's food any day.
My husband and I have some food allergies so we make a lot of customizations to our meals (something we appreciate about ordering on the app is we can ensure it’s put in correctly). This Taco Bell did an excellent job of getting our order completely correct. Something we can’t say about some of the other Taco Bell restaurants in the area. Service was also very quick!
A 5 layer beefy burrito for the win!
