Not sure why this place is so popular - Overpriced, simple food - Was charged an 18% mandatory gratuity for 'a large party' for our table of 4 adults and 2 toddlers - what? All while only 1 other table was occupied for the hour we were there, on a Monday night. This place is average at best.

One Pad Thai on doordash after all the fees and tip came to $30. I have been wanting to try this place after hearing good things. The food came hot so that was not the issue. The food was just lackluster. It has zero peanut sauce, none of the ingredients that I ordered, the shrimp was chewy. Over all it was so bland. No flavor or anything. I would almost consider myself a Pad Thai connoisseur and this is pretty close to the worst, flavor-wise. I realize that Michiganders think tomato and black pepper is spicy, but please allow us who appreciate flavor to have some fun too! Overall, overpriced and underwhelmed. Won't be back.

Didn’t get to eat. They were open until 8 but turned us away at the door at 7:40. You shouldn’t make your patrons feel unwelcome just so you can get home early. I have eaten at another local restaurant that has a “customer first “ policy. Even if you show up one minute before closing, they take care of you. I am really disappointed in Tim’s too

If you have allergy issues, be wary of doing doordash orders here (they don't take allergies seriously when placed through door dash). When you're there in person you have more control of alerting allergies. I even called in advance to make sure they saw the allergy alerts on the order. I understand they were understaffed at the time, but that shouldn't effect attention to allergies- especially since a call was made to double check that they saw the allergies before it was made.

Loved the unique concept and so many vegetarian protein options! The sauces all blended well together and considering that there is no limit to how much you can add to the bowl, it was very filling. The staff was very helpful and kind. The process could be simplified a bit, but other than that a fantastic small town option!

Good place to stroll on in and order up some grub. Well, not exactly. You fill a bowl and they cook it and serve it. After several visits, you'll dial it in and get it just right.

Awesome people and awesome food. They accomodated for my fish allergy. And they brought a bowl of unseasoned beef and rice for our pup and didn't even charge us! Got a large tip from us :) Will be back!
Was recommended here after moving to Saint Joseph but I don’t get why people like this place. The food is bland no matter how many combinations you try. I could be a harsh critic because I’m coming from Chicagoland where the food is just on a different level.

Food was okay, a little overcooked. Server was decent. But the place was very dirty. I love a good Asian grill but the bar where you filled your bowl with the foods you wanted cooked was nothing short of disgusting. The floors, seats, and tables were filthy.
Our server, the manager, provided us with excellent service. Even though their to go containers are Styrofoam, she was able to provide us with a plastic alternative. They also have four vegan protein options (edamame being one of them). The produce was fresh, and they grilled ours without oil.
