The Best Healthy Boost in Downtown St. Jo! I recently stopped by with my family and had such a fantastic experience! This place is a must-try if you're looking for a super fresh, healthy pick-me-up right downtown. We tried a couple of their protein shakes—the Peanut Butter Cup and Nutty Buddy—and they were seriously delicious and so fresh. It's tough to find healthy shakes that taste this good, but they nailed it. We also grabbed one of their egg sandwiches, which was incredibly tasty and the perfect savory bite. The owners are truly awesome and put so much heart into making sure everything is top-notch. If you’re walking around downtown St. Joseph and need a healthy smoothie or a great breakfast/lunch option, I highly, highly recommend stopping in. This place is what St. Joe and Benton Harbor have been missing for a long time. Legit healthy focused smoothies. No nonsense, just clean, delicious smoothies. My wife and I have been waiting for this type of option for 8+ years. My favorite, hands down is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein shake. A little guilty pleasure, but packed with the right stuff to start the day.
I frequent both of their locations, on Main in Benton Harbor and on State street in St. Joe.
