TLDR: terrible service and communication, do not recommend.
Placed a mobile order via the app to pickup through the drive-thru, app and posted hours say open until midnight. I arrive at 7:50pm and say I have a mobile order at the speaker. I’m told ‘We’re about to close’ and I reiterate that I already placed a mobile order, which they respond to ‘oh, mobile order’…then it’s silence for a couple minutes, and I ask again if my order was received and can I pull up. A worker then opens the back door, leans out and yells, ‘WE’RE CLOSED’ at me. The only saving grace to this was that I could still cancel the order in the app and not be charged.
Proceeded to reorder at the M139 location and had zero issues, order was hot and accurate.
I do not recommend the Southtown SJ Niles Ave location, you most likely will be disappointed.
Side note, this location is in desperate need of a refresh, very old and dated interior and exterior.

Just stopped by the 2800 Niles ave location in St. Joseph, Mi at 8:30 this morning and the doors were locked, couldn't get in so we went next door to McDonald's. If your advertising breakfast on your web page and on your business windows, you should be open,. Mcdonalds was extremely busy by the eayguess they were getting all your business.
It’s so bad it’s laughable. You could hire a bunch of rocks and have better performance and a higher collective IQ.

Waited 6 minutes at the speaker to order even though there were only two cars in the whole line at 4:30 pm. I asked for my bun on the side heard the lady confirm but the bun was not on the side. I ordered a 4 piece nugget and she heard me because she asked if there was anything else I wanted. I said no. When I got the the window. The price seemed low so I asked if it had the 4, piece nugget and she said "no, I didn't hear you say that" 🤷 over all 23 minutes spent in line with only two other cars in front of me. And can't follow simple instructions. If you can't do it say so, do say okay then blatantly ignore the request.

Service at this location is horrible. Person taking the order has no people skills whatsoever. Kept cutting me off when I was placing an order for three people. Food quality is poor as well. Burger tasted like it has been sitting around and fries were cool and soggy

Read my order back fine at drive through and then proceeded to mess up my order 3 times. After the 3rd time they said the manager “wasn’t going back and forth” and wouldn’t talk to me sorry maam I’m not your kid I’m a paying customer it’s kind of your job to come and talk to me they refused to compensate for the missing food and basically said nobody was going to do anything seems like everyone there was busy in the back smoking the same thing because they all were freaked out looking out the window pointing and running back and forth as a ex kitchen worker whole team of people needs to be fired and replaced. Not to mention the guy behind me having the exact same problem

Food was HOT & FRESH! Order was correct and they even added enough napkins! Very friendly staff but the gentleman taking our order was getting frustrated because we have allergies and we had to customize some things. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!

I wish I could do half a star or zero. Ordered for delivery with GrubHub. My drivers were wonderful. The Problem is the restaurant and the food. We received maybe 40% of our order. Only got 2 out of 5 drinks. One kids meal had no toy or drink. A triple baconater ended up being a single burger. One burger was just a bun. No lemonade. Had a chill that was just an empty bowl with a fist fill of crackers. Only received 6 nuggets instead of a 10 piece. Got no dip for the nuggets.

Employees are too lazy to put orders together completely or correctly. Absolutely ridiculous, people are paying money for food and no one cares enough to make sure orders are made correctly. No sauces added when ordered or proper utensils for food.
