The food was ok but they got our order wrong. But what was worse was they took my money then pulled us forward (they offered to make us hot fries) We ended up waiting for over 20mins with no response from them. The inside was closed. So all I could do was go back to the window and knock. They continued to ignore me for 10mins before finally saying they forgot. If I could give negative stars I would.

We ate there yesterday and it was awful 😖. Both sandwiches where cold and dried out, bacon on the burger almost broke a tooth,french fries where so hard I could of nailed a board with them. If I wasn't so tired from yard work I would of taken the food back. Our dog will eat anything. I really can't imagine it being any worse. Hot and fresh!? I think not. Won't be back anytime soon.

I genuinely hate this location I ordered chili cheese fries and a spicy chicken sandwhich with cheese only and I received nuggets and a sanwhich with mayo tomatoes and lettuce I normally won't judge fast food too much as I also work in the industry but come on this is like the 5th time with this location something similar has happened

This sausage, egg, cheese english muffin is by far the best breakfast sandwich!! Drive thru employee is always pleasant and nice.

1st the potholes in the parking lot and drive through are absolutely horrible!!!! 2nd i got 4 cold patties like the inside was still frozen outside was slightly cooked. Service was good but come on do better I use to work here a long time ago. there is no excuse for under cooked patties I can see 1 but 4 is crazy!!! And literally no one was there so like what was the rush?
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the shit was like eating raw meat. It was almost crunchy even.

Got sat at the drive thru for way longer than necessary when literally no one else was there. This was like the fifth time it's happened too was hoping the mcdonald's or long silvers in stevensville would be turned into another wendy's. But I guess we're just stuck with this place.

TLDR: terrible service and communication, do not recommend.
Placed a mobile order via the app to pickup through the drive-thru, app and posted hours say open until midnight. I arrive at 7:50pm and say I have a mobile order at the speaker. I’m told ‘We’re about to close’ and I reiterate that I already placed a mobile order, which they respond to ‘oh, mobile order’…then it’s silence for a couple minutes, and I ask again if my order was received and can I pull up. A worker then opens the back door, leans out and yells, ‘WE’RE CLOSED’ at me. The only saving grace to this was that I could still cancel the order in the app and not be charged.
Proceeded to reorder at the M139 location and had zero issues, order was hot and accurate.
I do not recommend the Southtown SJ Niles Ave location, you most likely will be disappointed.
Side note, this location is in desperate need of a refresh, very old and dated interior and exterior.

Just stopped by the 2800 Niles ave location in St. Joseph, Mi at 8:30 this morning and the doors were locked, couldn't get in so we went next door to McDonald's. If your advertising breakfast on your web page and on your business windows, you should be open,. Mcdonalds was extremely busy by the eayguess they were getting all your business.
