Husband has VERY limited diet (no gluten, no dairy, no tomatoes, no peppers) and the team was AMAZING at helping him build a salad that wouldn’t trigger his debilitating headaches. So very thankful for their kindness and patience. The food was fresh and satisfying. Will be back and will shout out their praises to anyone who will listen.

You'd think for how expensive their food is, it'd be top tier. It's just soggy sandwiches with little to nothing special about them with a soup for 30 dollars. Thankfully they also add rock hard bread on the side, cuz I'd hate to not have a piece of cement to wash down my water dipped sandwiches and 2 spoon full of soup. After all of this you're lucky to have anything left in your account for a drink, but if you got it like that, then treat yourself to a child size drink. All that said though, the staff is really great! Really great customer service and always smiling and happy to let you sample any soup you want. Bout the only thing that tricks me to go.

A delicious food with eloquent flavor as well simplicity... Yet.. however the service was vary poor , vague interaction an neglecting observation of order as they charged for items while never filling the order completely or fully.. shorting the patrons of purchased goods an in such completely tarnishing what should have been an excellent experience for first time eaters as well long term fans... I will not recommend this fiasco to anyone. While making it well known to those closest.. don't bother waisting your time or money here.

So. Slow. For a place with pretty much everything pre heated/pre ready, it falls very short of being an option for quick food. Soup options sound enticing but always taste mediocre. On a rainy chilly day don't be fooled. It's never worth it. About once a year I try again and am reminded it's slow and not very good.

They have such good chicken noodle soup. I like to order the XL whenever I get sick... The last few times I've been sick they don't even have it on the menu.. what kind of soup store doesn't have chicken noodle. Frustrating. What in the heck. Please start having chicken noodle soup everyday.

I got the baja mac and cheese and that was pretty good. The broccoli and chicken rice bowl with broth has no flavor. It was supposed to be spicy and the only way it could be is if you think cilantro is spicy. The broth had no flavor and the chicken was not seasoned at all. I think they forgot to add salt. My roommate got a sandwich and she said it was also pretty tastless. If you are a foodie at all do not go here. It is overpriced. The soda machine also didn't have enough syrup to make the Sierra mist. Over all a very extensive bland meal.

I was served a piping hot sandwich that was good, but ice cold Mac n cheese... Very disappointing when the prices are so high, it better be hot Mac n cheese every time

The big waste of $50! I got a salad and my chicken was frozen and my bread was old! Do yourself a favor and save your money and go somewhere else!!!
I do not care about the atmosphere and seriously that shouldn’t be a concern for you guys. I went to the restaurant at a little before 7 and it was closed. You are supposed to be open until 8. So either there are lazy workers closing super early or you just suck in general. Also, the bread is always super rock hard which means it’s been sitting for days. Your prices are ridiculous and now you don’t have rewards which I am guessing you told employees to give the same answer: oh our system is broke so we don’t do that anymore…” wow.
