Waited at drive thru for 5 min and got no service this morning. Not the first time I've had bad experiences with this store.

Usually pretty mediocre, but today we paid for extra sauce through the app and got none. Also the tenders I got were cold and very dry. They seemed understaffed so we didn't go back and give them any trouble or anything, it was just disappointing.

Only ordered a double quarter with cheese and a coke, literally had me waiting too long. Can't believe it took so long, parked on the side waiting for a burger. Wow. And I had to get it fixed bc they made it wrong. Such a terrible experience jyst passing through town

Alrighty this one's gonna be a long one so buckle up. I went in there got my food in just a few minutes after ordering, had everything I ordered, no complaints. Now, I'm a slow eater and so it took me some time to eat. What I saw happen is the issue because like I said when I ordered my food everything was fine. They were in a bit of a rush but they were still getting orders out in decent time that is until this lady, Jelly, decided to take charge. She started yelling out names in the back I could hear her from the lobby. Moving people around and stuff telling them to do things, and just like that nobody in the lobby was getting their food on time. I'm not talking it took an extra few minutes I mean people I saw weren't getting their food until 15-20 minutes after ordering. The number of cars hadn't suddenly increased or anything either there was a steady line no different then before the only difference was her.

me and my co-worker came here to get dinner after work it took them 5 minutes to make my food and 15 minutes to hand it to me people that came in the store after me were getting their food ahead of me my food was completely cold and so was my co-workers waiting and I literally had to grab my own cup behind the counter also the only reason we didn't demand a refund was there was a busload of kids that came in after basketball we ended up throwing out $35 worth of food instead of having an attitude in the store and the core reason for this the two screens on top of the menu tells you what's being served and what hasn't been served the what hasn't been served was not being cleared wasn't even showing new orders and wasn't even showing what was being prepared they were going completely based off receipts over the monitor they have for it they also messed up both our orders at the same time too absolutely zero coordination what coming in and going out manager was completely non-existent and every other McDonald's I've ever went to the manager is always checking the food going out I'm never returning to this McDonald's with a co-worker never again

Clean quite environment with a very nice music selection if I don't say so my self the food was gold standard and the people were very friendly and patiently as I took my sweet time ordering ,the man in the yellow shirt (I didn't catch his name ) stood there with a smile and patiently waited for me to decide absolutely a wonderful experience iwill definitely return again
