Waited 20 minutes for 10 piece nugget meal. Then fries and nuggets tasted "old" and we're cold! Not even warm but COLD! Staff at drive thru was ok but definitely not friendly. Will Not go here again!

Very hostile store. I ignored the hostility the first few times assuming it was just a stress full day, but it's seems to be consistent. Management will scream at anyone employees or customers alike, call the police on people looking for a refund for missing items, and refuse service to anyone just because they don't want to work at this time. The base workers are lovely though.There is another McDonald's in Alma (a minute down the road) that is leaps and bounds better than this location. I'm not sure if it has different owners, but I rarely hear screaming by the staff there, and the store is cleaner despite being busier. It is also where I will be going from now on.
