I ordered a sliders plate for an event I go to every year. I ordered it over two months ago plus went in two weeks ago to pay for it ahead in case someone else had to pick it up. I was told I couldn't pay for it ahead, ok. So I went in today at 11: 30 like I was told and the store manager said they didn't have any order at all. She continued to say she could make them but when I said the ones for 38.00 dollars like I was told and wrote down, she said no they are 49.00. Give me a break no way. That's not how you run a business unless you want no customers. I will not go back there. I had spent alot of money in that store but no more.!!!!!

Clearly they don't read what is ordered when you order through the app. Twice in 2 weeks my daughter has picked up her food before her game and they have put the wrong meat on the sub. She doesn't have time to go back and have them fix it so I've had to go back the next day and get a refund. She now has to check to make sure it is made correctly before she leaves the store.

This is one of the cleanest Subway’s I’ve been to (and I go there often), but I was very displeased with service this evening. The sandwich maker had been sitting at a table when I walked in. She briskly headed to the counter and put on gloves without washing her hands. Even though she was wearing gloves, she still had to touch them with unwashed hands to put them on. I threw my sandwich away without eating it—but I should have just refused the sandwich.

Kid-friendliness: This is one of the best Subways i’ve been too in a long time! The place was the cleanest restaurant i’ve seen. The staff was more than friendly and gave the place a relaxed feelings. The girl with long hair made my daughter a sub and was super nice and let her pick out her toy that came with her meal! My daughter wouldn’t stop talking about it the whole ride home! The entire store and staff is so well kept up and friendly, I will be returning! 100%

Subway is Subway, what can I say. I had a tuna sub with some fixings. Tasted really good. Seemed like real tuna to me. Only one girl working, but it wasn't busy so there was no waiting. She provided good service.
