We come here a lot, but one comment I have is the customer service could be better. For customers that come frequently, when they forgot 2 shrimp tempura rolls from our order, requiring me to drive all the way back to the store so my young daughters could have something to eat, all they offered in compensation for my inconvenience was edamame, soup, or the sides salad, all of which are free if you eat in the store. I would expect some more appreciation for customers that come frequently, especially when the error was their fault. Hoping for better customer service in the future.
Our favorite sushi spot. Very reasonable pricing and wide selection. Our most often ordered item, the Ruby Roll, is a wonderful combination of sweet and savory.

I'm mot a major sushi fan after having some bad experiences at some other local places, but I love everything I have gotten from Biwako Sushi. We've ordered there for takeout several times and have been happy with what I've gotten every time!

I’m really disappointed. I went to take my wife out to eat to celebrate an accomplishment at work; what we were met with was terrible service. I know a lot of people don’t like it when you bring a baby to a restaurant but ours barely made a peep and we were still treated poorly. The blond waitress basically wouldn’t serve us. The manager or owner took over and we were finally served. The food was okay but the whole atmosphere was off because we felt like we weren’t wanted there. We’ve been going here for years and haven’t ever experienced anything quite like this; frankly I’m embarrassed I took my wife here to celebrate. Before we were done another waitress rushed over and basically threw the bill at us and as soon as my card hit the book she swooped in and grabbed it up. I guess we didn’t have a baby last time we came so we didn’t know how unfriendly the environment was to children. Please save your money and don’t bring your kids here
