Don't bother stopping by after 9pm. They'll just tell you their systems are updating and they can't help you. Has happened to me multiple times. Says they're open til midnight, but it seems they won't serve anyone at night.

Food was cooked so fast. Onion rings and cheesy tots came out crispy and hot. Staff very friendly and polite. Clean sit down area with plenty booths to pick from. Basically all you need for a great quick meal.
Building is cold so the food gets cold fast. Employees are always super nice at this location.

This place is slow as a turtle, there were 2 cars in line in the drive thru last week and I spent 20 minutes waiting to place my order, then today I come thru and I didn't have my window down yet and some said something so I placed my order. And I don't know if it was the manager or the other employee at the counter but someone said thank you for listening to my request to wait. I don't know how this place remains open! Very shiny service.

I hadn't had BK for 6 months. I pulled in on my way home after a doc appointment and was immediately greeted over the speaker by a very pleasant female voice. She was very helpful and had me pull around when we were done. I was again greeted at the window by a very friendly female associate who was smiling. She quickly ran my card and handed me my meal and card back. It was all that fast. I figured for sure that they missed or forgot my no pickle request, but I got home to eat and my burger was PERFECT. My fries were cooked perfect as well and were still hot. Best BK experience I have had in years. Thanks US12 and Platt Rd BK! A job well done!
