Choose Fit Nutrition Meals & Smoothies

I heard about Choose Fit from a family friend and was so happy I decided to check them out. My favorite thing about the meals (aside from being delicious!) is the fact that each container has the macro nutrients of that meal. This is great for people no matter what your health goal is; weight loss, weight gain, healthier eating etc. The meals are priced great and it makes meal prep sooo much easier, they do everything for you! Plus having a different variety of meals helps keep food from being boring. I highly recommend for anyone no matter what your health goal is, plus the smoothies are absolutely amazing!

Super simple! Walked into store, selected meals that Jennine so kindly helped assist me with, in and out of store in no time flat! Extremely clean, well balanced, delicious meals and great for anyone in the go. Meals are rotated in the store so you’ll never get board. Regular customers stocked up for the week. I have gone here twice. I had different experiences each time.The first time: customer service was by a woman in her 40's or 50's who was really knowledgeable about the menus and the food. She also slightly discounted some food that was "best by" the day I visited. Also, the number of entrées on hand was high that day so I had a large amount of choice for my 5 meals [you pick entree protein of choice + veggies, or entree protein of choice + starch]. And they have entrees of chicken, fish/shrimp, or beef.The level of customer service then was definitely 5 stars and the food was 4.5 to 5 stars.Also, the person selling the food took it out of the fridge briefly and showed me each one on the register counter, so I could learn about the contents and also I saw the expiration date on the plastic individual dishes.The second time I visited was not as good: there were limited choices for entrées and some of the vegetable ones had sold out. The person working the counter seemed less familiar with the food/menu, but was very pleasant and clearly trying her best. The store was also more crowded at the time. The biggest issue was that every dish of the 5 that I purchased that day had a "best by" date of 1 day (!) after I purchased it. Unfortunately, I didn't see this fact until I got home with the purchase. The person had told me they all should be good until that Friday- but the "best by" date was Tuesday and I bought them on a Monday.Technically they don't "go bad" after this date, but it's kind of eat at your own risk and they can't sell them after this date.And unfortunately, the meals so far do not taste as fresh or as good as the previous visit.In the future, I will be more careful to check the actual "best by" date prior to purchasing because I had a much better experience when I went on a Friday and had lots of choices. I even chose to buy two dishes that were "best by" that same day, offered at a slight discount, and I ate them that day, but then I had 3 other dishes that were before their "best by" date for 4-5 days more.

I love this place. I’ve been trying to be more mindful of my protein intake and this place makes it so easy. The meals are delicious and the staff are really wonderful. Highly recommend.

We have frequented Choose Fit Nutrition since opening in March & every meal is cooked to perfection. Nice variety of meals & spices for fish, meat & chicken eaters, including vegetarian meals. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are absolutely delicious! Best Smoothies with Protein too! Looking to lose or maintain your weight is achieved, as well. We highly recommend them!

Easy, Fast, Good, Calorie Count, Price. So many good things I can say about this company. Yes, there are online places that do this online as well but save time and money by picking your food up from one place whenever you want. All while contributing to environment by cutting out the middleman.
