We’ve tried to give this business a chance a few times under new ownership, but experiences have ranged from mediocre to horrible. Today we got part of someone else’s order and were missing part of ours -and when it was brought back (by us) to get our correct item the employee was rude and said “I don’t know what the problem is”. It took talking to multiple people until we were offered our old correct food that had been sitting there for an hour. They were also planning to serve the mistakenly given to us pizza to the person waiting for it- like this went home with us and came back, left their control- and they were going to give it to an unsuspecting person.We also got to observe an employee in the kitchen take off their hat to scratch their head, and then proceed to keep making pizzas and another employee in contact with food was playing with their phone while preparing items. Gross!As someone in the f&b industry I understand staffing is a challenge, but there is no excuse for not training on and consistently monitoring food safety.

Last night we ordered a Deep Dish Price Buster and Everything wings. We opened the box and we got a regular pizza not a deep dish and plain wings not Everything wings? This place is hit or miss. And last night was disappointing. We probly won't be back for awhile.We did stop coming for about 3 years because of past experiences. We just started coming back this year. I guess things seem to be the same

The Alex's' run an amazing crew, the shop is so clean & has a warm inviting atmosphere. food wise i love the vegan supreme it's delicious i don't usually eat out bc i have a specialized diet but i feel so safe ordering from here ! love you guys ?Vegetarian options: i order vegan all the time

My go-to place for vegan pizza. No upcharge on vegan cheese, many fresh veggie topping options, crust is vegan too (shockingly many places put milk and eggs in theirs), good online specials. My pizza is always on time, cooked to perfection and service is friendly.

This used to be our go to place. We are going to try Jets. Their service has just gone down beyond what I'm willing to pay for. Their attitudes about it the worst part. Hopefully, Jets is better.
