Since new ownership took over in February, an inexperienced manager was brought in over seasoned staff, creating tension and chaos. She often forgets to order supplies, leaves shifts unprepared, and treats employees poorly, leading to several staff quitting or being fired for simply wanting her to be more active in managing the store. Delivery times have gone from 20 minutes to nearly two hours on busy nights due to the lack of inside help, and morale is at rock bottom. Unprofessional behavior and lack of leadership are driving this store into the ground.

Use the app or website for coupons and they have insane deals. You can feed a family of four for $20 here if you use coupons and pick the food up. Better tasting than other cheap chains (Little Caesar's, Papa John's) but it's definitely a discount price point kind of place.

We just placed an order online and picked up our pizzas and brought it home. We ordered a Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni on extra regular cheese, and a handmade pan pizza with chicken and green olives. We’ve ordered from them plenty of times without any issues, but I wish you luck if you ever encounter an issue. In this case the pepperoni pizza smelled bad, had a pool of grease in the middle and tasted terrible. We called to see if we could get it remade because it was bad enough to where we couldn’t eat it. The answer we got from Caden and his “supervisor” was “no we can’t remake it” and “I watched him make it, we make our pizzas the same every time” and best for last “your only option is to speak to the GM TOMORROW”. We asked if we could have a refund for just that pizza and they said no! They made absolutely no effort to improve our experience or work to provide good customer service. Speaking to the GM tomorrow doesn’t solve the issue of half of our dinner being trash today. Again, we haven’t had a bad experience with the food up until this point, and I’m very surprised and disappointed by the lack of customer service that we experienced today. Needless to say, based on the lack of care for the customer experience, we will not be coming back. Not sure how you manage to completely screw up the most basic pizza on the planet, but Caden and the crew at Dominos on Michigan Ave in Saline made that possible this evening.

We go here, from time to time, and the deals are really good. Although, tonight made the difference. We ordered for an occasion and I messed up the app order. I saw mistake and apologized. This store went above and beyond to help the situation, as well as had patience with me. The gentlemen behind the counter was a role model for customer service. Thank you!
