Ordered cupcakes that were to be designed as the number 2 with a Bluey theme but what we received was half done compared to the picture that was agreed upon. 12 of the cupcakes had pink frosting with heart sprinkles that want even close to Bluey colors. On top of all that my order was 4.5 hours late and they blame it on an improper phone number that was corrected 15mins before original pick up time. Amber decided to deliver it and stack all the cupcakes on one box crushing decorations. When contacted Amber said she thought the cake was close enough and that it’s standard to make strawberry cupcakes with pink frosting. After saying I disagreed Amber decided to hang up instead of fixing anything or discussing it. I never asked for a full refund when I called to talk I simply said I’d like to discuss the order. They offered a measly $20 refund. Amber blamed it on a wrong phone number when they had a correct email the whole time. No matter what that doesn’t justify being 4.5 hours late on an order that was placed a month ago. Wouldn’t recommend if you want decent work for $140. Trash customer service. Attached is a photo of what I asked for (left) and what I got (right). We had 20 cupcakes on the side that should of been used to make it fuller like asked.

We ordered a chocolate cake for my son’s 7th birthday. I am usually not a huge fan of chocolate cake (the flavor was his request) but this cake was DELICIOUS- so moist and rich. It was a big hit at the party. We were incredibly impressed and can’t wait to order another cake for our next birthday party!

My wife and I stopped in before heading out on the lake to go fishing and let me tell ya, we had some of the best pirogies EVER as well as their Angelina sandwich! If you stop in, you definitely have to try them! The owner makes everything from scratch and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Highly recommend stopping by and supporting this small business! You’ll leave with a big smile on your face 🙂

The Enchanted Oven went above and beyond for our wedding day! From the beginning taste testing & planning stages, to day of delivery and set up, we could not have asked for everything to go more perfect.
We chose to do a smaller cake, with a table full of a variety of additional desserts and everything was amazing. Our guests raved about not only how great the desserts tasted, but how beautiful the set up was. They were gone very quick!

Amber is passionate about what she does and her cakes are delicious! We were able to customize our dessert table from the flavors we chose to adding in little personal touches like color to match our wedding theme.
