My family just ordered pizza and breadsticks tonight for dinner. While the pizza was great, the breadsticks came home without the sauce. We called and asked for a refund since they forgot the sauce, and the manager Kerry was super rude and said it’s our fault and we should have grabbed it off the counter. Why shouldn’t staff read the receipt and make sure that people have what they ordered? I’m sure for many of the carryout sales, someone who didn’t order picks up the food! In addition, who just takes things off the counter? Apparently I’m alone in that and it’s just an unwritten thing? We order from here all the time, and I’m disappointed in the response/rudeness we got from the manager. Time to switch to Dominos, I guess.

Tonight is the second time that I have ordered butter cheese crust on my pizza and not received it. It’s also the second time my three cheeser bread had no butter cheese. The bread was also overcooked and was cut into about 30 wonky pieces.

Unfortunately found what appears to be a small hair underneath the cheese in my pizza. Probably a dog/cat hair that fell off the uniform of one of the workers. Wanted to like it after having it at a friend's before but they need to update cleanliness standards :(

Placed a very large order for a work party, and everything was ready and pipping hot when I arrived to pick up. The boxes were all labeled as well! Super friendly and polite staff!

The app said open at 10 the door sign said 1030 and we waited a few minutes after 1030 and didnt hear or see a sign of anyone even though we walked into the building because it was unlocked with the keys left in the door so we just had to leave.
