Always hot and fresh with prompt service. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness is obviously a priority here. Couldn't ask for better service!

Normally our go to pizza place, we ordered delivery and paid a driver tip over the phone. The driver arrived and demanded we pay a tip for delivery. We indicated that we did over the phone. She would not give us the pizza til we gave another tip. So I love the pizza, but I think we’ll go to the ann arbor one from now on.

My daughter went to pick up my pre ordered pizza that they said would be 20 minutes. My daughter is in her late 30s by the way. She got there and the girl that was working kept asking for the name and she acted like she couldn’t hear correctly about five times and then my daughter spelled my simple 4 letter name to her and the girl said they never made the order yet so your going to have to wait 20-30 more minutes. When it was ready the girl and the man working were rude to her for no reason. Oh yes I forgot that they burned our two pizzas as well. I love Jets pizza but probably won’t revisit that store if that’s how customers are treated.

6 stars if I could. I wanted to Suprise my boyfriend with pizza for his birthday for him and his crew. I called this location ahead of time, gentleman was very nice and said no problem delivering to a construction site. Pizza was there on time and excellent as always when we order locally. Thanks for making the Suprise happen!!
