Went here today and ordered cheese curds. This is what I received. Pulled around to go in and the door was locked. Drive through line around the building so I called. No answer at all. The person who put these cheese curds in the box should be fired. There is no excuse for that. We will never return.

Food has always been good but, today I found a few small bones and some cardalage at the bottom of my pot pies. Tried calling to warn them and it just rings. May have to go elsewhere till they either figure things out or someone complains loud enough that things are forced to.

Stopped to get some KFC on Christmas Eve 2025. When trying to order 2 festive feasts.. 1 re. 1 Xtra crispy, I was told they didn't have enough chicken for either one of those meals. When I asked if I could pick one of those, I was informed it would be at least a 30 min. Wait. The tone suggested they were ready for my decline.. I said I will wait. Then tone changed and they asked which one.. I replied if im waiting I want both. Was then told no problem we can have it ready in 22 minutes. Paid and pulled forward to wait 48 minutes. After backing up to the window 3 times about my order after watching 23 cars leave WITH CHICKEN, I was told 2 minutes pull forward. I get home to find I was shorted 4 large sides after being assured it was all there.. 2 Mac -n- cheese, and 2 cole slaw. You don't leave KFC without Cole Slaw. It's the only reason most put up with all the other inadequacies they have now... including greasy Chicken. My dad sold cabbage 50 years ago to KFC when they made it in store. Another lost customer. They never answer phone either.

It took fifteen minutes just to order. Then after we ordered we were told they were out of chicken and would have to wait another twenty minutes. So we ended up waiting a half an hour. Total time was fourth five minutes. My husband ended up going inside to get the order! We get home and the order was wrong, and some of the chicken wasn't fully cooked! Won't be going back!
Horrible waited exactly 1hr for a regular 6pc wing meal on my 30min lunch break at work no warning or heads up that yall aint got wings made partner got extra small fry for his hour wait i didnt even get that all i got was the awkward yelling at when I got back to work
Unbelievable! The lobby door is ALWAYS locked forcing everyone to wait in the drive thru that never moves. Order online? Prepare to wait in line for an hour with no way to cancel. If I was the owner I would get rid of the manager who doesn’t give a darn about customer service or keeping business. You can do better!

It's pointless to attempt to eat here. Last time they weren't open inside during midday, now today no extra crispy chicken available and none being prepared.

Went there this past Monday waited 30 minutes in line just to order finally got up to the window to pay gave my card to the girl. She gave it back. Then the general manager Amanda comes to the window and says they can’t find my order. What did I have told her what I ordered she then tells me that she needs my card to pay for it, and I explained that I already was charged and she claims that it did not go through then followed it up with it wasn’t charged for the correct order and that she promises that I wasn’t double charged and that she did a refund of the previous order to make matters even worse. My order still was incorrect when I got home and when I looked at my bank statement. I was in fact, double charged for two different orders on top of having to wait there in the window for an additional 15 minutes. She was very rude and showed very poor customer service. I went back there today to get a refund on her supposed day off the high school girl that is the assistant manager called her up and put us on speakerphone only to be told that it’s her day off and she’s not dealing with this right now and that I can come back tomorrow when she’s working and she’ll look into it. This place has got to have the worst management system, accompanied by additional staff that could care less about doing their job correctly. Leadership always comes from the top and the general manager Amanda should be the first one to be let go.

Just ordered a $9 lux box. The Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Burrito had rock hard chicken. Once I threw out that so called meat and put my regular crunchy taco inside the burrito shell, it was edible at least. Whoever thought of using that paper weight for that burrito should not be working in a restaurant. I know not going back to this KFC/Taco Bell won't hurt their business but I'm still not going back and I'm telling others of my horrible experience.
NO ONE SHOULD EAT THERE.
